I highly recommend renting this property to anyone looking for a spacious villa with wonderful owners. The villa is awesome and owners, Sonja and her father Giovanni,(Johnny) were extremely attentive to all our needs. I rented it for 15 days for 15 people & we were all very comfortable and happy with the accommodations. We slept very well with peace and quiet, cross breezes and air conditioning. We traveled by car to LaSpezia train station most days and visited Cinque Terre, Pisa, Lucca, Florence, and attended the Palio in Sienna. Johnny assisted us with everything we asked of him- from restaurant reservations when we couldn't make our own, to wine tour reservations, and a tour and tasting at Olio Moro olive oil. We spent 3 restful days at the villa in-between our sightseeing escapades and used the pool, bikes, tennis court, soccer field, and ping pong table. We hired a chef to cook and had a delicious 5 course meal served by the pool. We cooked steaks on the grill after Johnny drove us to the best place to purchase beef. Johnny would briefly stop by most mornings to make sure we didn't need anything, and if we did, he went way out of his way to get it for us. I can't thank him enough for all that he did to make our stay at the villa perfect. And in the months leading up to our trip, Sonja answered my way too many questions by email and provided me with detailed day trip suggestions, maps, and all the information I asked of her. This was an incredible vacation that my guests and I will never forget. We all want to come back and rent the Beverino villa again some day. It felt like our home away from home.
