Dear Valued Guest: Thank you for your feedback. We are terribly sorry that your stay did not meet expectations. We did try to make you more comfortable in a quieter room upon your request. As you mentioned, housekeeping is not servicing rooms daily to limit guest/employee interactions due to COVID-19, but your room was scheduled for refresh service every 4th and 7th night. I did notice that on multiple days during your stay, your room was reported to have a "Do Not Disturb" sign up, which unfortunately prevents our staff from entering your room. Please note for future stays that we are happy to service your room or deliver any housekeeping items you need upon request. Coffee is only charged for a fee if it is puchased behind the front desk. The in-room coffee packets are complimentary. Again, I apologize that your stay was anything less than enjoyable but we hope you'll give us another opportunity to provide you with a better stay in the future. Thank you.
