Double-booked
Arrived at the property at 4-ish, but had never received check in info. So I left messages, emails, and voicemails. They never returned calls or messages. VRBO had to contact owner. Turns out the owner double-booked us through another app. I received 100% refund, but it didn’t help me find a place to stay in the one hour I had left before we went to the event that prompted our trip to Boston. If they had returned my calls or messages so I could have found alternative arrangements sooner, my rating would be different. That being said, VRBO customer service gets 5 stars.
