Estaba en remodelación y la alberca estaba cerrada. No tienen restaurante para comer o cenar, solamente hay para desayuno

Hotel muy recomendable cerca de Boston
Tanto las instalaciones como el servicio muy bien , el Hotel está situado a 10-15 min en coche a Boston , es complicado acceder a la ciudad si no dispones de vehículo porque el transporte público es complicado. El hotel dispone de parking cubierto gratuito para los huéspedes y de un desayuno muy bueno y completo .

En 4 dias de estadia, solo un dia de limpieza de la habitacion. Para que cambien las toallas debes solocitar en recepcion. En el horario del desayuno no hay lugar para sentarse a desayunar . Muy pocp espacio disponible

El personal muy amable... el desayuno muy bueno!! Pero no todo fue color de rosa... Llegamos a las 8 PM al hotel, se supone que hora de Check In es a las 3 y que la habitación estaria lista... Sin embargo no fue asi. Tuvieron que darnos UNA habitacion con UNA cama sofacama para 5 personas.. Al otro dia nos pasan a una habitación con 2 camas mas sofá cama (como la reservamos)... sin embargo el aire se daño a media noche y el tremendo calor nos jugó mal. Luego nos cambian de nuevo pero a DOS habitaciones de 1 cama, tuvimos que separar la familia... Sorpresa! Al llegar a una de las habitaciones, el aire tampoco funcionaba... de nuevo a otra habitación... Esto con 2 niños pequeños se tornó un poco incómodo...

Upon check-in we were informed of no water until 7am, but it did come on at 3am, so not so bad. Beds were a little uncomfortable, maybe have 2 queens with a queen pull out sofa so all can fit, not just the short and skinny. Breakfast was decent, but attendant was pushy. Overall it was good enough for one night.

5 nights here at the Medford Hyatt were great. Friendly and helpful staff at all times. Breakfast was simple yet good each morning. Only thing that would have been extra nice would be the shuttle. It was not operational the staff said at the time being.

When I get to the hotel they tell me that I have to pay 15 USD per night for parking, I had to pay 30 USD for parking for two nights. As for the room, the first thing is that it does not have a microwave, the sink is in the room and the bathroom is very small, it does not have enough towels for each person in the room, the customer service is more or less good . I do not recommend that hotel to go with your family.

Our room was not vacuumed in the week we stayed there. Mold in the bathroom and the bathroom fan was very dirty. Staff was very kind. Ramona was amazing!
