Buena opción con cocina para familias
La situación del hotel es buena para visitar Boston, siendo la zona de museos cercana muy agradable para pasear. Las habitaciones son aceptables y las instalaciones aunque un poco antiguas son aceptables. El desayuno está incluido, un poco justo pero recomendable.

El señor que nos recibió la noche (después de las 10pm) del 4 de junio no fue amable y al día siguiente 5 de junio por la noche al mismo señor le preguntamos por unas maletas que la aerolínea envió y recibió el hotel, dijo no tener nada con actitud muy poco educada. Cuando vió que nos comunicábamos a la aerolínea revisó en un cuarto de atrás del mostrador y efectivamente ahí estaban las maletas, no se había molestado en revisar y su actitud es muy poco amable. Todo bien, la atención de este señor fue lo único muy malo durante la estancia

We are within walking distance to downtown and right on the water which is always a guest favorite and I love that this made your trip special! Excelente estancia me quedaría otra vez
Habitaciones muy bien equipadas, así como el hotel. El desayuno incluido si es suficiente y tiene algo de variedad. El parque cerca del hotel es un gran plus para caminar o correr. El único detalle es la ubicación que no hay forma de llegar en metro tan cerca, queda a 10 minutos caminando lo que no está mal pero cuando quieres ir al súper y traes cosas cargando puede ser complicado. El plus que si da el hotel es que hacen tus compras sin costo

*Para ser un establecimiento Marriott faltó la calidez y buen trato del personal. *La experiencia del check-in no me gustó, pues la joven no era cortes para nada y mas que huéspedes nos hizo sentir como personas que llegaron a pedir, cosa que no era cierta, pues costoso si es el hotel. *Solicitamos ropa de cama para el sofá-cama, lo llevaron rápidamente más ni ofrecieron el servicio de cobertura. Para colmo, el protector de colchón del cubrecama estaba manchado con sangre reciente. * El piso donde nos asignaron la habitación tenía un olor a tuna bastante intenso y que no era momentáneo, pues el día llegada y el día de salida era lo mismo.

It was under construction in side and out and no one told us. Also, the walk way to the garden was closed and we were there for a hockey game. Lastly, the valet parking couldn’t drive a stick so I paid for valet and parked my own car!

I stayed there on April 3 with my grandchildren and my husband. We stayed in a suite on the fifth floor. 523 to be exact room. The carpeting was soaked with rain in one bedroom and the living room floor was soaked as well. After letting them know in the morning, they did nothing. Not even a credit of some kind for the inconvenience.

Our rooms were great, and the location is wonderful and has great views of Boston. From the hotel you can easily walk to sites like the USS Constitution and the Bunker Hill Monument. The only downside is that it was overpriced relative to other hotels nearby.

I miss the hot tub. This is something that customers appreciate. It is good to see that updates are happening, but disappointing to see that the new layout has a shower instead of a bathtub.

Hotel rooms are very nice. Unfortunately visit we have made the pool has been closed. With small kids this is very hard. Once the pool is open will be a top notch facility. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great continental breakfast!

They are renovating the hotel which is making it very nice. I got an unexpected upgrade which was really nice. The pool is very convenient and clean for kids to enjoy.

Hot tub was sadly closed permanently. The website indicated not and was one of the leading reasons I chose to stay there. Other than that, staff was very friendly and it was a cozy stay.

Struttura visitata a fine gennaio 24 in fase di ristrutturazione. I lavori non hanno recato nessun disturbo e disagio. La sala colazioni era agibile per l’asporto in camera ed il personale sempre gentile a farti sentire a tuo agio. Forse per chi pensava di usare la piscina questo aspetto può aver disturbato ma a noi no. Camera ampia e funzionale con la cucina ed il grande frigo. Molto silenziosa benché avessimo la stanza che si affacciava su strada. Ottima la posizione per scoprire la città e vicina alle linee della metropolitana

The room we were in smelled like stale cigarettes and it was not very nice for the price we paid. Also I think it’s bad to charge $50 for parking

The hotel was under renovations. It was not listed as such on the booking site. I booked this hotel for the amenities all of which were closed. The lobby was open to the frigid -1 degree temps in New England. Our room was fine. But the windows let in cold Air and were covered in water on the inside, actually dripping down. When I brought this up at check out the manager was extremely condescending and rude. DO NOT BOOK HERE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE.

The hotel is currently going under some renovations, since the dirtiness and loudness. But otherwise it seem to be a really nice hotel. Very convenient for what we needed. The problem we had was with the ridiculous parking fee that we were charged for one night parking. The first night we stayed. It was 40 bucks like we were told at the front desk. The second day for the same amount of time all of a sudden the price was $79. This is double the price that we were told and the attendant said that they have nothing to do with the hotel. Even though the person at the desk said it would be $40 a day in that lot across the street.

There was construction going on in the hotel. It was a nuisance. There was no area for our Virgo to gather together as construction closed the eating area. Pool was closed so the kids couldn’t swim. Service was excellent. When the construction is over I think it will be a great place to stay.

Loved that it was close to Boston The bathrooms could use updating as the tile grout was coming out in the shower. The room itself was very clean though and worked out for the 4 of us

The stay was very pleasant. Just wish there were more laundry options and more food options for store. Needed to laundry but couldn't finish because facility ran out of quarters and didn't give correct amount when I went for a coin change.

Great hotel within easy walking distance of town and public transport and we enjoyed our stay. Only drawback was the renovation work that was ongoing that we weren’t aware of when booking which meant the pool was closed.

Overall pleasant hotel
Valet was attentive. Front desk staff were friendly. The room was fairly clean and there wasn’t an odor. The room was quiet and I couldn’t hear any other guests. I really enjoyed that checkout was at noon. I definitely feel like I over paid for the quality of the room and I didn’t like how breakfast only went until 930am.
