The property is in a great location, but unfortunately it felt a little run down. The bed linen looked clean but had a few loose hairs on it. We found a dirty sock and child's soother from previous guests. The heating unit was noisy and the bathroom was tired with inground dirt/mould around the bath tub. Location was great right at top of main high street and it was a budget price but I still feel there standards could be higher

Every thing was fine until tyey left dog alone in the room and he was barking and screaming so we called the guest and told them thay have to come and take dog with them She did not like that

Good place at a good price, right across from a lovely Memorial Park. Sure, it is an older place but the Staff were friendly and helpful and they are working to keep the Motel open. Small stain on the carpet didnt bother me. I would stay again. Thank You.

Clean enough, affordable, adequate. I choose to support small business owners so I expect the odd imperfection. I would stay again. The man in the office was a pleasure to interact with and it was a seamless transition from start to finish.

Old, outdated motel room. You could smell the age of the carpet and bed when you opened the door. Sheets and towels were clean. Bathroom also needs updated. Owner was very pleasant.

Overall the Service upon check in was professional. The room small, decor dated, chipped paint/wall repairs incomplete and cleanliness in bathroom was average. The bed was clean but mattress is due for replacement. We were in area for a concert so the room provided us a cozy, clean place to sleep. The room is in need of a deep clean (baseboards, corners, grout and walls wiped down in bathrooms etc). When decor is dated, it is extra important to be detailed oriented with cleaning protocols.

The owner and staff were friendly and the location was great. The room was very musty and damp. The room was very out dated. The sheets towels etc always felt wet. The tv remote didn’t work well and was frustrating. The bed was not very comfortable. I don’t think I’d stay here again,

Staff were fabulous. Very friendly. Older motel right in the Center of town. Very walkable area with lots of restaurants in the area. Motel was quite outdated in terms of bedding and decor but very comfortable beds. It met my needs as I was checking it at 7pm and getting back on the road by 7am. I couldn’t figure out how to work the tv so I watched Netflix on my laptop instead. Staff were wonderful. I’m sure they would have helped me had I contacted them for assistance.

The room was so cold and almost impossible to heat up. Floors were so cold that I barely slept

Convenient but room rates overpriced for offerings
Our unit was not cleaned very well prior to arrival particularly the floor that didn’t look like it had been vacuumed adequately. The tv while functional did not have any type of guide for channel selections. No breakfast offerings of any type although good restaurant across the street. Motel is located very centrally in Bracebridge and close to all amenities.

Although pet friendly, the room was very small and felt crowded. Bathroom small, and no shelf in the shower to put your soap or shampoo on.

Typically motel, room was clean, beds we’re comfortable and it’s located in downtown Bracebridge. The rooms could use an update and the window A/C unit was loud but it worked fine for our family.

Stay was somewhat comfortable. Only one night . In town for a triathlon race. The airconditioner was extremely loud but also had a smell to it . The fan in the bathroom was too loud and there was not an option to not use it . Carpet should be removed, stained and in this day and age is unsanitary . The owner was very pleasant at check in and checking out was super easy bu just leaving your key in a drop box . Location great to amenities etc.

If you are getting in very late, leaving early and want an inexpensive room this might work.
