Great property and location

We booked this stay last minute and everything still went very well. We couldnt have been happier with the property, great pool, good beds, located right across from the beach, and with in easy walking distance to Bridge street shops. Would definitely stay here again.

Sea Grape Cottage

We were so happy with this charming property! It was perfect for our group of six, but could definitely accommodate more. We loved the decor. The bathrooms were clean and good sized. The pool and spa were warm and well maintained. The upstairs suite with porch was an incredible place to watch the sunset or have coffee in the morning. When we weren’t in the pool we were walking to nearby shops or restaurants, on the beach (which is right across the street) or fishing on the pier

Weekend getaway

The owners were able to keep the old Florida beach house style with modern updates. Very convenient to the beach and the pool was wonderful. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance from the cottage.

Memorial Day Stay

Excellent property, super clean, outstanding location, across from the beach and walking distance to all restaurants. Property management did great job with communication. Highly recommend this place.

Great house minus the Major construction

The house is tastefully remodeled, and is in what would be a great location, with ample parking, IF it were not in the center of a major construction zone. We were unable to park at the house, and only given one parking pass to park a quarter mile down the street. Also, our convenient beach access, straight across from the house, was closed with detour signs directing us a quarter mile in the opposite direction of our car. Construction also acted like a 7am alarm clock as that is when the loud beating and banging started each day Mon-Fri.

Property in great conditions but the construction around can be messy , so please make sure to check on the city website if the street is in construction so you can prepare accordingly.

Excellent

The home was beautiful. It is in a convenient location. Close to the beach, shopping food and bars. Everything was clean. The check in and check out was easy. We would definitely look to using AMI vacation homes for a future trip.

Environmental issues

The property is nice but could be cleaner. Unfortunately there were constructions close to the house, drivers used the house parking with No permission. Noises before 8am, workers looking to women in the pool the whole day so we could not use the pool during the day, ladies felt uncomfortable with eyes in front.

A perfect vacation House

This was a perfect vacation House for our family, we really enjoy our stay. The house was beautiful, updated and clean, located perfectly within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants, beach across street. Definitely would return, highly recommended !!!!!

LOVED IT

This was the perfect vacation home for our family of 6. Very cozy and comfortable like we were still home but even better.. an amazing pool in the back and a beautiful beach right across the street! Lots of Shops and restaurants are located nearby. We are so glad we went this home for our family vacation Thank you for having us!

Could not have been better. Perfect location.

We had the best time staying at this property. The house was located perfectly within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants, about two blocks from the Moose. Being able to walk across the street to the beach was awesome. House and pool were clean and welcoming. I can't wait to come back! If you are thinking about renting this house, just do it. You won't be disappointed!

Clean, adorable cottage

This place was lovely, cozy, clean, conveniently located, lots of room, nicely updated. Pool/hot tub are amazing and provide a perfect place to hide from the red tide. Speaking of red tide, I wish I would have known about red tide, prior to my booking. This is obviously beyond host control and does not play a factor in my review. •Construction..LOTS of it (whole island has a lot of new builds going on). While I understand this is beyond the host’s control, it is something I would have liked to have known prior to booking. The house next door and directly behind the house are under construction. Both properties have a direct eye line into the backyard/pool area. We felt like the men working are inside the fence with us and avoided the pool during working hours. •Backyard isn’t as private as you would hope and think. •Child alarms on all doors leading to the pool. These are OBNOXIOUS, especially when your children don’t need them. Not the host fault. We were told this is local law. (Understandable) Small fixes that would make this a 5 star place: •This place needs rugs throughout the house, especially for the sand. •Needs an appropriately sized trash can in the kitchen. Not a small one. •Door knobs to back doors are loose and all of the TP holders are loose from the wall. •Pool lights weren’t working. (Did work in hot tub) •Bedroom doors do not lock. •Many of the dishes in cabinets were dirty and several knives were rusted. Otherwise, this is a great rental!

Grape cottage on AMI

Fun long weekend on AMI while in town coaching at IMG. Rental Co very responsive. House clean! Location great. Walk to bars - beach across street - hot tub /pool nice. Critique: Need real towels (bigger bath sheet type) and more of them for showers. Current ones are small and cheap kind. A man needs a good sized towel after hot shower. Definitely would return.

Great long weekend

We had an amazing stay at the Seagrape Cottage. Location was great, just across from the beach. The house was beautiful, updated and clean. Everything listed on site was present. The kids enjoyed the pool every single evening. Communication with the property manager from Anna Maria Island Accommodations was exceptional. Our kid forgot there Nintendo switch the management team was so kind they shipped back to us on the same day. I can definitely say, you will not be disappointed in your stay. We will be back for sure!

Great location

The property is great, it’s right across from the beach. The house is newly remodeled, so it’s very nice. The only thing that it’s missing is a good coffee Machine at least a Keurig, but if you are not lazy you can walk to a coffee shop within walking distance. Also having some kinda door for the upper room would be cool and maybe a king size bed upstairs. Totally enjoyed our stay thank you!
