This place was extremely clean and had everything you need. I love the black bear decor, it made the place feel like home. The area around the condo was in a nice area that was safe and secure with being in a gated community. I would definitely stay again in the future.

This place was absolutely perfect! I brought my husband here for his birthday and it did not disappoint. He loved it! It is rt next to the pool and clubhouse and very close to everything you may want to do in branson. We golfed and swam and enjoyed cards on the patio! This place was very clean and super cute. This isna very family friendly environment but also was great for just us.

It was quick trip - wish we would have had time to enjoy the pool and hot tub. The Hungry Hunter restaurant was excellent for breakfast - homemade and too much to eat and very friendly staff .

My wife and I stayed here for a few days of fun in Branson. I needed to work remote during the weekdays, the wifi was fully reliable for this purpose. The quietness and view of the golf course made a nice respite from work meetings. This is a convenient location for going to shows, aquarium, etc. The walking proximity to the golf course amenities like the pool and pickleball is also great.I had one minor issue with the rental which was responded to instantly. Good comms all around!Thanks for a good stay, we would come back.

We were super happy with this condo. Very clean and comfortable. We actually didn't want to leave. The deck overlooking the golf course was so relaxing. If we make it back to Branson, this unit is where we'll stay.

We stayed for a long weekend in Branson- this place was perfect for our needs- we were able to cook our meals and have a nice place to relax between activities. The condo was stocked with everything we needed, pool toys for the pool and plenty of linens. The kitchen had all the essentials and the deck was nice to relax on in the evening ! Only 2 steps to get into the condo, and right close to the pool which were a huge pluses too. We didn’t need anything from the host, but she was only a message away if we did. Thank you!

We stayed at the Black Bear Condo in Branson! It’s located in a gated community! Has a great view. Close to Tennis Courts and outdoor pool! Like a few steps away from both! Our host Anna was the best. Very receptive to correspondence when needed. Reaching out to us and checking in. It’s an inviting condo with a big bedroom with a comfortable bed. Very clean! Nice deck with a great view! The quality of towels were phenomenal. We would definitely stay again! Looking forward to going back soon! Thank you Anna! 5 stars!!

The black bear condo had everything that we needed and then some. A lovely view. Watching the squirrels run and play. It was so great to have the swimming pool (indoor and outdoors), and hot tub just minutes walk from our condo. My wife and I love to swim and relax. Being able to cook just like being at home was a plus. Appreciated the spices and cooking utensils. The hard part is going back to the rat race. It is hard to leave. It would be nice to have a check out at 11 or even 12. Having the stuff to play basketball, tennis and pickle ball was great.

We love Point Royale and the Black Bear condo is our favorite! Everything is well updated, super clean and charming. It's right next to the clubhouse with fitness room, pools, etc. We definitely plan to stay there again!

The communication was excellent. Anna laid out exactly what to expect and when she would contact us with arrival and check out information.The condo was very clean and well stocked. Great towels and bedding. There wasn't anything we needed to purchase or were missing. It was a very convenient area to access all areas of Branson. We would definitely stay again.a and quiet. Our 5 star stay My wife and I stayed for a week at Black Bear Condo. The condo was very clean well stocked with everything you would really need. The balcony was nice place to relax and watch the golfers go bye, at times it was quite entertaining,would definitely recommend the condo

We loved the location of the condo to the pool and amenities, literally couldn’t be any closer! The outdoor pool was not open yet, but they have a nice indoor pool and outdoor hot tub was open. The condo was very nice! Comfortable memory foam bed, plenty of linens and blankets. Great host, available for questions but all info was provided that was needed!

We had a lovely stay. Our host was very attentive and checked with us on our needs. When a slight problem arose they responded promptly sending a handyman who was polite, competent, and concerned. The condo was clean and well-stocked with kitchenware, linens, and entertainment items. We would stay there again.

Everything about Anna’s Black Bear was fabulous!!!Her condo is mere steps from pool,basketball and pickleball courts as well as the fitness center.If planning a getaway to Branson I strongly recommend The Black Bear.

This place was very cozy and everything about my experience was amazing. The black bear touch was unique and added a fun spin to a typical everyday condo. I will stay here again when I come back to Branson!
