My stay here was a 10/10!
We were greeted by Craig who welcomed us and our pup with a smile and a list of shops and local vets for our pooch to ensure a fun and safe trip for all.
He even offered treats and complimentary disposal bags.
A few days into our stay, our AC started leaking and again, Craig, helped us move to a different room.
There was some confusion regarding payment, and again, to no one’s surprise, Craig ensured everything was taken care of!
The breakfast was good
The rooms were clean
The location was great
There was one worker, I believe her name was Deb, who seemed irritated I interrupted her (what seemed to be personal) phone call with my presence at the front desk when asking about housekeeping, but other than that it was a wonderful stay!
Can not say enough good things about the worker Craig and this Hamptons commitment to being truly pet friendly!
