Hotel ist gut, sauber ein bisschen teuer und parken müssen die Gäste auch noch bezahlen, finde ich für Hotelgäste schon nicht in Ordnung. Möglichkeit an Abend Sauna zu besuchen - finden wir super.

Outside of a city centre, beside Universum Bremen
We checked in for two nights including breakfast. Paid parking 11 euros per day. Our room was small but ok. Main wall had some unprofessional painting done - probably to cover a leakage on the wall. There was a mini fridge, a coffee machine, small TV. A bathroom had a bath. Restaurant/dining area is too small, if you come for a drink in the evening during a dinner buffet hours, there are only three small tables available if you do not have buffet dinner. Breakfast was average - selection of cheeses, ham and salami, fruit, vegetables, eggs - scrambled and boiled, sausages, bacon, only tea and coffee available (no cappuchino), variety of breads and rolls. Basic but sufficient. As we stayed for two nights only, we did not require cleaning of our room. For that we got two vouchers to spent in a bar/restaurant - 5 euro and 10% off. Unfortunatelly, vouchers for our first bill of beverages and food it was not accepted in a bar or a restaurant first night. Neither it was accepted when we checked out and had our second bill put on our room number. So getting these vouchers is quite pointeless if you cannot use them. Hotel is outside of a city centre but 15 mins walk to a nearest tram no. 6 that takes you in 25 mins to Bremen central train station. As mentioned, parking is paid, not free.

Thank you very much for your constructive feedback, dear traveller. We regret that you did not enjoy your holiday 'all round' and that you had some comments about your room and restaurant visit. For checkout reasons, we can no longer accept vouchers retrospectively - were you not informed of this in advance? Indeed, we are not located in the centre of Bremen. However, our city is a city of short distances and the city centre can be easily reached within 25 minutes by tram. We would be very pleased to welcome you again.

schöner Aufenthalt, klasse Frühstück, gutes Zimmer, freundliches Personal, einziger Wehmuttropfen es gab kein kostenloses Ticket für den ÖPNV, so wie in anderen Hotels dieser Preiskategorie.

Überall sehr freundliches Personal. Betten und Kopfkissen ausgezeichnet. Speisen im Restaurant spitze. Frühstück tolles Preis-Leisungsverhältnis und sehr aufmerksamer Service.

Bra hotell
Lugnt och tyst boende, ligger nära park där man kan promenera. Restaurangen serverar god mat och härlig frukost. Det som var sämre var att AC saknas och hårda sängar. 2st laddplatser för elbil. 20euro för platsen och elen per natt.

Onze laatste stop op weg naar huis.
Een heel mooi hotel dat er goed uitziet. Binnen parkeren tegen een redelijke vergoeding. Schitterende lobby en goede ontvangst. Keurige kamer met alles wat nodig is. Fijn geslapen in perfect bed. Het ontbijt was fantastisch met een meer dan rijk gevuld buffet. Ook de bediening en begeleiding in het restaurant was perfect. Vlot uitgecheckt. Een echte aanrader.

Sehr schlechtes Preisleistungsverhältnis.
Hotelzimmer sehr einfach eingerichtet. Keine Wasserflasche, Wasserkocher geschweige den Tee oder Kaffee. Minibar war leer. Dusche in der Badewanne mit einen sehr nervigen Duschvorhang.

Wir empfehlen, bei Ihrem nächsten Aufenthalt die Business-Kategorie zu wählen, denn hier sind Kaffee-/Tee-Zubereitung und Minibar inkludiert. Ihren Wunsch nach einer Dusche anstelle Badewanne haben wir bereits in unsere Investitionsplanung aufgenommen.

Nice green surroundings. Tram into city a short walk. Large but rather bland room. Comfortable but little character. Shower over bath - not good for people with accessibility issues. Staff efficient and friendly. Restaurant was of a good standard, if a little pricey. Overall a good stay.

Lieber Reisender, bitte buchen Sie gerne beim kommenden Besuch ein Zimmer der Business-Kategorie. Hier ist ein Begrüßungswasser 0,7l wie ein weiteres Getränk aus der Minibar inklusive.

Personeel was zeer behulpzaam, parkeren okee, kamer mooi, omgeving fijn, rustig. Ontbijt fantastisch. Één minpuntje: het internet. Onhandige aanmeldprocedure, telkens opnieuw, en zelfs dan nog trage en onbetrouwbare verbinding.
