“;Charlie was right there to meet us with a smile. We toured the cabin and he gave us check in and out information. The setting is just beautiful, The little creek that runs just behind the cabin is so peaceful to sit by. Enjoyed out beer and wine out there. Charlie was available if we needed him, which we did not, except for directions to places. Would definitely recommend this cabin.”

“The cabin was 12 miles up the mountain from the highway. Be aware that you are staying in the mountains , beautiful but you need to be cautious. Centrally located , we drove to Boulder , Golden, Idaho Springs but made sure we were back before nightfall. The cabin is nice , a bit smaller than the online pics show but very clean and stocked with extra towels, toilet paper etc. the two bedrooms are pretty tight and the loft is NOT for adults , very steep climb up. We were given the wrong entry code...

“The home was in such a beautiful place and is in good condition. The home was clean and Jake was very responsive. The location is amazing with beautiful views of the mountains and the lake. We even got to do some exploring around the lake and my kids loved it. The location is fairly remote, which is nice but with any amount of snow would be hard to get to. Would definitely stay again!”

“I wanted someplace fun to celebrate my 60 trips around the sun, and found this sweet property to rent for the weekend, and I couldn't have made a better choice. The cabin, the treehouse, the grounds, the treasure hunt, the location was top notch. The owners were great to work with, and the care and craftsmanship they have put into this property is pretty stunning. Our thanks to the owners for a great weekend!”

“We absolutely loved Larry’s place in Boulder Mountains! Everything was as advertised and even better! The home slept 7 of us perfectly and everyone was comfortable. The setting, streams, hiking and short distance to downtown Boulder for our daughter’s graduation was ideal! We would love to stay here again!”

“This cabin was perfect for our family of 5 plus a dog! We loved it. Beds were very comfortable, house was well-maintained and stocked. I really loved that there was only one TV which was in the main family room. I always bring our own food and cook when we go on trips to get away. Kitchen was great; loved the picnic table positioned in the extended room facing the glass sliding door. We spotted a handsome fox in the yard while eating dinner. We enjoyed seeing deer and a moose strolling/grazing...

“We love Nederland. It’s the cutest mountain town and this was hands down our favorite property that we’ve stayed at. We could walk to all the Main Street restaurants, shops. We LOVED sitting by the creek and listening to the water, the cabin was well maintained with everything we needed and the hot tub was a great addition and clean! We will be back to Nederland and this will be the first place we look for availability.”

“I wanted some time in a cabin, in the mountains. It was quiet. My friend and I enjoyed the peace and making a fire to warm up. It was far enough away from Boulder to get out of the city , but also close enough to hang out in city. Overall, great stay. The driveway into the property is steep. Luckily I drove carefully, but a little heads up to be careful driving in should be stated, as there is a cliff with no guardrail. We returned when still daylight out for this reason. We are not...

“We came in for a weekend wedding and enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, the hot tub was out of commission since the previous guests' stay but the owner tried valiantly to have it fixed, but to no avail.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this cabin in Peaceful Valley. The cabin was exactly as stated and was very clean. The owner and property manager were prompt with communication as well as extremely kind and attentive. The double bed is just off the kitchen downstairs and the rest of the beds are upstairs. Also, as others have mentioned, we also saw the local moose (from afar) and it was amazing. We have some great pictures of it as well. We would highly recommend choosing this cabin and this area...

“The cabin is accurate to the picture and description. You can hear the nearby river, but unfortunately you cannot see it. The property looks at the old closed down mining company which is both interesting and historical but also surprising because it wasn't mentioned in the description. The cabin is very central and in close vicinity of wonderful nature experiences. It is very inviting and cozy and conveniently closely walkable to town. It is fully stocked with required amenities, e.g., quality towels and linens, blankets, dinnerware, silverware, Keurig coffee maker, cooking spices, etc. It is spacious, cozy, warm, especially clean, no odors. My wife and I had the place to ourselves for a much-needed vacation/retreat to decompress and recharge. Coffee tasted even better as we sat in the sunroom taking in the snow.
