I should have heeded the other reviews about the somewhat troublesome check in. The day before check in I started receiving messages to upload my credit card again (for deposit?) which I had already done when paying in full. The site wouldn’t let me upload it so I tried a different card but no luck. I contacted Olivia who just kept repeating the same instructions. I was anxious that we wouldn’t be able to check in. Spent way too much time of my vacation messaging her back and forth so I could get this straightened out, which to her credit, she was able to fix something so I could upload the card. Told her I would be coming on after 5 pm. Got vague instructions about lockbox. Since she knew it would be after Darren when we arrived, it would have been nice if Olivia to tell us that there is a gate to the building so we would have to park then search around for the lockbox that holds the key fob for the gate. It should have been a lot more transparent. The parking spot is a little tricky to get into especially for those of us used to steering wheel on other side of the car. When we got unit the building we realized the hall light does not reliably go on. The place itself was clean but a little dated. The en suite bathroom, however, smells like sewer from the drain on the floor. Communication was always quick but not necessarily easy because the owner would just repeat the same information and not put herself in the position of someone new to the unit.
