I had a mixup with booking my stay and in error made two reservations for the same day instead of two sequential days. Therefore, when I arrived late (my bus was delayed by 24 hours), I was told the booking was for the previous day and the reservation could not be moved to the next day as the reservation had expired. The manager, Mike asked me to call Hotels.com to resolve the issue. I spoke with an agent with Hotels. com who authorized the change of reservation, but the hotel manager refused to change it. He would not let me in the lobby and told me the only way I could stay was if I paid $85. I arrived at this hotel at 3am and stood outside for an hour pleading with the manager to find a way to help, and he refused. I was left walking to find lodging as my reservation was not honored. I paid for two nights at this hotel and wasn’t allowed to stay even one. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I want my money back
