In the unlikely event of dust (our staff cake pride in cleaning all rooms to a very high standard) we are puzzled as to why we were not alerted at the time of your stay and could have addressed this immediately. Our room descriptions are accurate and you are complaining about the lack of an amenity we do not provide or we would clearly state this. All our rooms have smart TVs and guests are welcome to use their personal accounts to sign into streaming services: if we provided sign ins for these services, which we don't for reasons of privacy and data protection (we don't want guests to see what previous guests have viewed) we would have also made this clear in our room descriptions. We are very happy to speak with you directly if you have any further concerns

As we explained to you when here you would need to raise directly with Hotels.com / Expedia why they assigned a non-accessible room for your stay, this was outside of our control and they should have made this clear on their website at time of booking. Our staff did as much as possible to assist at check in when we discovered Hotels.com / Expedia hadn't assigned an accessible room - we do not agree that this was 'hit and miss'! We have sent a copy of your receipt now and apologise if you didn't receive the original copy

Thank you for your feedback. We are confused as you complain about our warm welcome (for the record, our owners and staff do not drink on duty, you clearly have a mistaken impression) yet say you didn't feel welcome. We have never been asked to provide sweeteners in our amenity trays but would have happily provided had you asked instead of complaining in a review after you've left!l The majority of our guests are keen to interact with our dog - if we weren't 100% confident that he is calm and good natured we would not allow him in communal areas. You stated by email you would cover the cost of posting the watch, which we highlighted we sent by signed for delivery - we can provide the receipt - this is no different from standard hospitality industry practice.
