UN QUIERO Y NO PUEDO PARA EL COMPLEJO
IBA CON UNA SILLA DE RUEDAS Y ME DIERON HABITACION EN UNA SEGUNDA PLANTA SIN ASCENSOR. CUANDO PROTESTE ME DIERON UNA EN PLANTA BAJA CON UNA MOQUETA QUE REZUMABA HUMEDAD POR TODOS LADOS. EL DESAYUNO TAMBIEN ESTABA EN UNA PLANTA QUE NO TENIA ASCENSOR Y AUN ASI CUANDO SUBIMOS LA SILLA ENTRE VARIOS RESULTA QUE NO QUEDABA DE CASI NADA

very convenient location...just off from 401. staff with poker face but quite efficient check-in and check-out bonus is free breakfast with sausage, eggs, bread, waffle, bagel, cereal, yogurt, coffee, tea and juices

La chambre n’était pas conforme à nos attentes Sur l’offre, le choix de cette chambre comportait 2 chaises et une table (pour luncher et pour jeux de société par exemple) Rien - vide total - il y avait une seule et unique chaise dans cette chambre

The staff try hard to keep smoking out of the building! Some smokers don’t understand the 5 metre rule and are too close to the door (outside)!

I was disappointed they placed me and my young daughter next to the entrance. Looked very flimsy and it was noisy with ins and outs of smokes going outside. Breakfast was very lean. But the coffee was hot.

Not a very inviting facade. Furnishings are top notch but the fact that is has been renovatd doesn't do it for me. Its an okay hotel. I had no advance warning of the $200.00 deposite requirement

Looks good but...
We were well received and the office staff was really helpful. Our problem stands from the fact that there was a constant noise outside of the hotel. Don't know what it was but it prevented us from having a quiet night and it woke us up many times during the nicht. Breakfass was ok.

The hotel is on the older side but is kept clean and was perfect location. Price is quite good. Breakfast included was quite nice as well

Always enjoyable to stay here. Love the jacuzzi suites, could never go back to a room without one. Reasonably priced and has a great breakfast with excellent coffee.
