Absolutely perfect location. We traveled with an 85 year old, infant, kids, dogs, and adults. The property was perfect for the entire family. Much larger than we expected. Wonderful outdoor area and easy access to all the fun in broken. I would rebook this property in a heart beat. Kids loved getting to see the wildlife run through as well.

4 Siblings & spouses met from 2 states and spent 3 nights together. Wonderful time together in a beautiful setting. Before we left, everyone asked to meet again at Castaway Lodge in the fall. We will be rescheduling.

We were in town for a wedding at another cabin. Everyone had a great stay and enjoyed being together. While able to get away from the wedding crowd when space was needed. Loved this cabin and we stayed a year and a half ago, we will definitely stay again.

We loved this space and the openness of the living room/kitchen. For those who wanted a little privacy there’s two rooms that are more secluded. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook a few meals easily.

Beavers Bend is a beautiful area for a family getaway. The property was beautiful and spacious for our family of 11. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth with no issues. The whole family agreed it's a great place to return to.

It’s harder to get together with all of our adult children and we had a few days where it was possible so Beaver’s Bend is our go to for short Vacations. Cast Away Lodge was the perfect cabin for our family. Each of our 3 adult children and their spouses had their own private rooms and we had our own secluded private room for ourselves. The cabin was located in an area close to restaurants, shopping and family activities. Enjoyed the peace and quiet of the area and easy access to everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Great area and the house was perfect. Big and roomy. We’ve stayed at another place in the same area but, the roads are awful. Right when you come off the highway onto Kanitobe Trail road there is a huge hole you can’t see until you hit it. Several others just not as big. That’s the only complaint I have. Everything else was perfect. Enjoyed our stay.

This place is technically 3 separate cabins in one. Great for multiple families or generations. The owners did not cancel my solar eclipse reservation which is a huge bonus.

Property was great! We had my husband and I, my in-laws, our two adult kids with their kids and plenty of room. My in-laws stayed in the mother-in-law house, we stayed in the master bedroom, you went out of the main house down the porch to it (very quiet), and our kids and grands stayed in the main house. The playground equipment was a super hit as well as the backyard fire pit! would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property!!! Location is super!!! One level for people challenged by lots of stairs was a +, great options for privacy with gazebo room any “dog” house which is separate from main cabin. This was the most stocked cabin we have rented so far!! Paper goods, excellent kitchen pots/pans, grilling supplies; seriously anything you need. Salt and pepper!! 😃 lots of towels!! Loved is covered out door fire place since it rained x 2 nights but that didn’t deter making fires and some mores!!! We had a lovely time! Used hot tub and grill worked great!! Only real negative was cabin billed to sleep 12 and sleeper couch was not clean nor did it have sheets so that was not an option if we had really needed it. ( might bring a blow up mattress with larger group ) Thank you so much!!!

We all had a fabulous time 2 grown childer their spouses and their dogs. We could cook and serve all 8 of us easily everything you need plus more in kitchen Bedrooms and out bedrooms worked great just like home and gave everyone a place for private time. Love,Love, this cabin. Linda M

We had a relaxing and wonderful stay. We meet up every 5 years for our reunion. Broken Bow was a beautiful and fun getaway. Castaway Lodge had everything we wanted. We enjoyed morning coffee on the large wrap around porch, evenings in the hot tub, and gathering around the fire. You never know how well a cabin will be equipped, so I brought several items with me just in case. But this place is very well equipped with everything you need. I’m sad to say that I accidentally left my best large pot in the dishwasher. I made a large pot of soup for my friends the first night. I didn’t realize I had left it behind until I was unpacking at home. My only disappointment and complaint is that I have contacted the host and the management company about this several times hoping to coordinate the best way to get my pan back. They were very responsive when I booked the property, and check-in / check-out was very easy. But they have been completely unresponsive ever since. So, as a note to anyone considering booking this cabin… do not bring any valuables with you. The cabin has everything you need and you won’t get any items left behind returned to you. I understand this was my mistake. I’m just disappointed at the lack of response. Other than that, this is a perfect place for your next visit to Broken Bow. I highly recommend Castaway Lodge.

This home was really perfect for our group of 70+ age year ladies. We loved all the space that the home had the wonderful furnishings including the very comfortable beds and step in showers. The breezeway is offered places for walking or sitting and gathering and talking. The spa, hot tub was a wonderful treat each evening.
