Gorgeous house in a beautiful abd peaceful area

The area is so quiet and peaceful, yet has choices of places to eat and drink closeby. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Comfy bed with wonderful views. Well equipped kitchen. Nice lounge/dining area. Our dogs loved running along the canal. Steven met us and ran through how everything works. If we were coming to the area again we would definitely stay there!

Sehr schön…

Sehr schöne, saubere Ferienwohnung für 2 Personen in EFH auf zwei Etagen inkl. Garage mit direktem Zugang ins Haus. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, Fragen werden sehr schnell und vollständig beantwortet. Das Haus liegt direkt am Kanal, es gibt reichlich Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge, besonders natürlich nach Brügge. Sehr zu empfehlen !!!

Super Vacation

Had a great 6 night stay. Super house with all that we needed in a great location - pubs and restaurants close by which we frequented. Location is great for cycling and walking with easy access to Knokke and Bruges. Steven was an excellent host who looked after really well.

Großartiges Haus

Anniversary stay

If you want a relaxing home from home property in a rural village then this is one to put on your list. From the moment we arrived to leaving we where completely relaxed & at home. Steven was a great host met us at the property & showed us around. Great amenities & off street garage parking. Few nice local bars & a very good one with its own restaurant which we would highly recommend a visit. Would stay again.

Mooie vakantiehuis op een rustige locatie

Fijn verblijf gehad. Alles wat nodig is was er. Gelegen op een rustige locatie. Supermarkten niet op loopafstand. Heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen. Fijn verblijf gehad. Enige puntjes van kritiek wc boven geen afscheiding en de vloer boven kraakt heel erg wat soms best storend was.

Top vacation home

A top accommodation! We immediately felt at home in this cozy, perfectly equipped house on 3 levels, in a pleasantly quiet location. Everything you need is available and the bed is also very comfortable. Steven, our friendly host, explained everything essential to us: Heating, TV, restaurants nearby. The restaurant, about 100m from the house, is recommended. The host suggested a boat trip to Bruges, we have implemented the next day immediately. and it was fun. The house has a perfect location for numerous excursions. We were happy every time to come back to such a beautiful vacation home. We will be very happy to come back.

Ansprechendes Haus, ansprechende Umgebung

Das Haus bietet ein geschmack- und liebevolles Zuhause auf Zeit. In die Wohnung in der ersten Etage kommt man über eine offene Holztreppe. Zum Schlafzimmer führt eine weitere Treppe. Hoeke ist ein Ansammlung von wenigen Häusern. Von hier aus kann man sehr schön am Kanal entlanglaufen. Ein Gang zum Restaurant Siphon ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Tolles Haus!

Wir haben 14 Tage in diesem tollen Haus verbracht, dass super ausgestattet ist. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit Steven war sehr unkompliziert, er war ein sehr guter Gastgeber. Sonderlob für die sehr bequemen Betten.

Gechillter Aufenthalt in einer herrlichen, ruhigen Landschaft

Das Objekt liegt direkt an einer schmalen Straße, welche parallel zu einem breiten Kanal verläuft. Die Straße wird hauptsächlich von Radfahrern genutzt. Die Anbindung durch das extrem gut ausgebaute Fahrradwegenetz (4km bis Holland, 15km bis zu einem super Strand direkt an der holländischen Grenze, 11km bis Brügge-Zentrum). Zum Objekt: Gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit eigener Garage, sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche, sehr bequemen Betten. wer eine Spinnenphobie hat, sollte in Betracht ziehen, dass in so direkter Naturnähe auch entsprechende Tierchen artgerecht leben können. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen.

A Really Great Trip!!

We very much enjoyed our (5) night stay. It was an extended Rest & Relaxation getaway for bicycling/walking along the canal and just enjoying some much needed unplugged, quiet down time. GREAT location to surrounding tourist sites. (2) restaurants and a cafe within a few minutes walking from the rental for a mid afternoon / early evening drink or bite to eat. Updated, well equipped interior decor, extremely comfortable and quiet. Upstairs ensuite bathroom (no door) for privacy. During the day, it wasn’t an issue since we were on the main floor of living. But trips to the bathroom at nighttime was 2 floors down, for some privacy. NOTE: Steven’s next door neighbor was doing renovations 3 of the 5 days we were there (loud drilling and hammering into the walls, most of the day) the times we were in the Gite. Absolutely no fault of Steven’s, but definitely worth asking about if you are specifically seeking a quiet, R&R getaway. Steven was an absolute pleasure to correspond with. Always super quick to reply. Very friendly and easy going. The Gite rental was a 9/10!! We can definitely see ourselves returning for another extended (7-10 days) stay but would desire more privacy for the upstairs ensuite bathroom. Thank You, Steven ...we very much appreciated your warm welcome and allowing Ms. M😻CHI to accompany us ...all in all, it was a "Great, Enjoyable Trip". Warmest Regards, Carrie, Ronald et Ms. M😻CHI

Superbe

Cette maison est très jolie et d’une propreté remarquable. Elle est située face au canal, offrant une belle vue et un calme appréciable. Le mobilier et les murs sont de couleurs neutres, le décor est chaleureux et apaisant, et de très bon goût. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée, les articles et l’électroménager sont de belle qualité. Il ne manque rien, Steven ayant même mis à disposition les produits d’hygiène. Merci Steven, c’est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Steven ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Das Haus selbst ist sehr schön. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Brügge, Knokke etc. Alles in max. 15 Minuten erreichbar. Lediglich 1 Restaurant in fussläufiger Umgebung, aber die tolle Küche im Haus gibt einem die Möglichkeit auch selbst zu kochen. Wir selbst sind immer mit dem Auto los und haben auswärts gegessen. Insgesamt hatten wir ein paar schöne Tage in Flandern.

Magnifique emplacement pour un séjour entre notre beau plat pays et Cadzand !

De bon goût et tout y est pour se sentir comme chez soi ! Proprio accueillant et très sympa. A refaire pour un long week-end également !
