Muy buena opción aunque no disponia de desayuno. Lástima el desajuste del suelo (o de la silla) que no permitia poder trabajar en la mesa. Por lo demas, todo muy bien.

La MEJOR UBICACIÓN en Bruselas. Sin embargo, las habitaciones son incómodas, oscuras y con una decoración extravagante. Nada del otro mundo, ni bueno ni malo, un hotel solo para llegar a dormir con lo mínimamente limpio.

First night was too cold and the hot water radiator wasn’t working, asked for help, and the staff said they couldn’t do anything until next day, they offer extra blankets. They didn’t brought the extra blankets, nor repaired the hot water heater the next day. And the WiFi was terrible.

Hotel is quite centric and close to main city attractions. However, the room had no AC and in these hot summer days is truly necessary. Hotel room was clean and close to the subway/tram station. Price is ok vs comfort that is offered.

El personal del hotel es super atento, desde mi llegada al hotel el personal es excelente muy muy amable y super atentos. El problema fue que un dia olvide cerrar la caja fuerte del cuarto y cuando regrese me faltaban 1000 euros, evidentemente no habia forma de comprobar que los tomaron o que los tenia por lo que no se pudo hacer nada, evidentemente la culpa es mia por dejarlo abierto pero JAMAS el personal debio tomar el dinero. Apesar de eso el dueño fue al hotel tambien fue atento y es algo que se agradece pero no hubo solucion al problema y causo que fuera totalmente desfavorable mi estancia.

falta de seriedad con contratacion de habitacion
confirmada habitacion por correo, al llegar no existe, motivos banales, ( tiene humedad ), no tienen superior, salvo de 4 camas y mas precio. no dan solucion al pago y marchar, no queda otra que quedarse. tampoco informan de obras en el exterior. ( la burse),mucho ruido mañanero, de saberlo seguro que cambiamos. por lo demas correcto y bien.

La Bourse Hotel is conveniently located very near the Metro line from Brussels Midi. The room was a mixture of modern and worn. Nothing that a coat of paint can't fix. My room may not have been typical as it was on the 4th floor. However, the Velux windows were draughty and the noise from the lift audible.

The hotel is in a good spot, very convenient to all the attractions. However, the location is super loud at night and you can hear everything that happens on the street outside. So if you are looking for a nice quiet hotel don’t stay here. The room itself looked a bit beat up in places but was otherwise fine.

Reception staffs are very unpleasant and unhelpful. All fault was down to me who chose a single room. My room was very noisy from the beginning and asked to change and refused because no other single room available . Noise got worse after 2200 and vibrations started as well. I took a sleeping pill but could not stand any longer. Called reception again and again. They came to my room and agreed to give me big front room. I packed and moved a new room after midnight.Receptionist at night and morning confirmed no booking for the room so probably I could stay the same room. No I had to pack up again in the morning took my luggage to the reception and pickup again by myself after I came back. No point to stay in a same hotel if you can not stay there when you want. I was in nightmare hotel. They do not know what western hotels offer to customers I have traveled all over the world more than 40 years and tell you this management is the worst in my life. Good location and new hotel attract me but definitely bad people. Very rude too. For my personal taste if I knew they are Indian restaurant and breakfast is strong influence by it, I would have avoided.

12月にもう一度泊まりたい！ ３月に泊まりましたが室内は全く寒くなく快適でした。私達が宿泊したお部屋は室内１階シングルベッド、螺旋階段を上るとダブルベッドとお洒落な造りでした。ベッド両脇にライトとコンセント完備！ペットボトルのお水・コーヒーマシンが無料で設置。窓も開き外の眺めも良かったです。 観光、レストラン、スーパーなど全て近くてとても便利な立地です。レストランが近いので日本人女性２人でも安全でした。レストランが多いのですが外も室内も嫌な臭いもせずベッドも清潔でぐっすり寝れました。 一緒に泊まった人がベルギーに住んでいるのですがこのホテルの斜め前の広場で12月クリスマスイベントしていたそうです。広場が見えるので12月は更にオススメだと思います。とても素敵なホテルです。また是非泊まりたいホテルです。
