Un hotel que la caja fuerte no funciona está todo mal , que además de eso no le logran solucionar a uno el problema aún más . Uno no debe andar por la ciudad con sus documentos.

Habitaciones cómodas, entrada patética
Es un edificio histórico pero la entrada al hotel es patética. Hay que llamar a un telefonillo para entrar porque la recepción está en el tercer piso. Es incomprensible que no haya un cartel en la fachada y la entrada no esté en la planta baja porque es muy bonita y hay espacio. El ascensor es antiguo y necesita una reforma integral. Sin embargo las habitaciones son muy buenas, amplias y cómodas.

Amabilísimos, muy mono, estilo retro pero con buen gusto. Zona supercéntrica, edificio contiguo a la Opera, metro en la puerta, calle "lujosa" de Budapest, todo fue estupendo

Uno de los mejores hoteles de todo mi viaje a Europa, es un lugar remodelado decorado increíblemente, cuando llegas no es un hotel común, es mas bien como estilo casa de huéspedes con todas las comodidades de un hotel, el desayuno increíble, cuando llegamos nos dieron un upgrade sin pedirlo, tuvimos una terraza , la localización es excelente.

Ubicación perfecta. Habitaciones muy amplias, limpias con todos los detalles para hacer cómoda la estancia. Personal, atento, amable. Desayuno completo y variado, pendientes de que no falte nada.

Nice but overpriced hotel, it has no visible front, the reception is kind of hidden on the third floor of a building with hard to find front. My wife and I got a single room key, which made it difficult to run independent errands.

Excellent stay in Budapest!
Callas house is a lovely hotel right next to the opera house, so it is very central. The room we had was big and clean. The bed was huge. The bathroom was clean and lots of towels. The blackout blinds were great. They made sure we always had plenty of toiletries. The cleaners left the room spotless everyday. The reception was fantastic and really helpful. The breakfast was great but the only thing was that there could have been a slight change in the hot food offered e.g. bacon. The breakfast was perfect for us over a weekend but might get quite repetitive if you were staying for longer. The bread at breakfast was delicious and fresh. Overall a fantastic stay.

Without a doubt this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The area is so incredibly beautiful, as well as the hotel itself being a stunning place to stay, the room we had was absolutely incredible. When we return to Budapest, this will be the only place we will stay.

I had an enjoyable stay. The lady who checked me in was delightful and walked me to my room and was horrified that there was a single pillow case that hasn't been ironed and immediately took it away. I found it amusing, but it shows their high standards. The only downside was the entrance is not easy to find.

Highly Recommend
Beautiful room with a great dual terrace view to the Opera and to Andrassy. Staff were helpful and kind. Definitely recommend this hotel as the location is great and the on site restaurant was also beautiful with very good Hungarian fare.

Nice boutique hotel across from the Opera House
Beautiful, modern hotel right across from the Opera House. It wasn't super easy to find at first since the hotel is located on the 3rd floor of a building that looked otherwise mostly unoccupied. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms spacious and well-equipped.

Strange entrance to the building but once you are on the third floor and greeted by friendly helpful staff, the situation is fine. Extremely unique rooms and very convenient to many places. We attended the nutcracker at the opera house which was right next door! If I ever get a chance to visit Budapest again, I would definitely stay here.

オペラハウスのすぐ横で、地下鉄の駅も目の前にあり、大変便利です。普通のホテルのエントランスではなく、アパートのようにロックされた扉だったので、ホテルにどうやって入ればいいのか最初戸惑いました。
