Los de limpieza terrible, nos tocó un hombre y una mujer que limpiaban habitación y de la peor forma, enojados, todo aventado, no nos dejaban toallas correctas, no teníamos jabón ni shampoo.

El personal es muy amable, siempre al pendiente de tus necesidades, el hotel se ubica justo en frente del parlamento y la habitación que nos dieron tenía vista al rio (parlamento), el palacio se encuentra a unos 10 minutos caminando, la comida del restaurante muy rica y nos permitiera dejar nuestras cosas antes del check in y después del check out

Excelentes vistas al Danubio y la ciudad. El hotel es moderno y agradable, y está proximo a metro, tranvía y autobuses, que facilita las visitas a la ciudad. La zona es muy tranquila. El personal en todo momento correcto. Los precios del minibar son muy razonables.

Habitación con excelentes vistas
Nuestra habitación tenia una excelente vista al Danubio y el Parlamento...¡lo mejor de todo!. por lo que el hotel es altamente recomendable. El hotel es moderno pero en algunas cosas no le iría mal una pequeña renovación o actualización aunque es correcto. El desayuno bueno (pero no espectacular) aunque algo caro. La habitación estaba limpia pero al hacer la habitación el segundo día hicieron la cama pero nos dejaron vasos y tazas sucios lo que nos sorprendió para un hotel de esta categoría. La ubicación es muy buena por las vistas y vale mucho la pena. No obstante si lo que se quiere es ir al centro hay unos 25 muinutos andando por un paseo muy bonito y agradable. Como resumen lo recomiendo y repetiría.

Casi perfecto , si no hubiera sido por problemas de limpieza en la habitación. Arañas bajo la cama y en las cortinas. Reclamé y el encargado del hotel nos cambio inmediatamente de habitación y a una de mayor categoría.En todo caso dada la calidad del hotel estos problemas no deberían existir.

Hotel frente al Danubio
Muy buen hotel, muy bien situado y sus instalaciones estan muy bien mantenidas. La habitación muy amplia y el aire acondicionado excelente. La vista al río Danubio es espectacular. Lo recomiendo por el precio, la ubicación y las instalaciones.

Hotel itself wasn’t bad. The girl at check in wasn’t very friendly and our room never cooled off even after calling front desk to tell them air wasn’t working. The guy working the bar was very nice. Hotel is within walking distance to a lot of stuff.

The first impression was good, clean entrance and pleasant staff. Check in went without a hitch. I booked a superior room with river view and balcony. On arrival in our room we went out on to the balcony to enjoy the view, however h balcony was littered with cigarette ends from the previous customers, as neither of us smoke this was very disappointing, i called recepton and they apologised and said they would send a housekeeper to clean it, which they did by th tim she arrived 5 minutes later i had discovered that a wine glass in the cupboard which still had wine in it, the housekeeper also replaced the glass but this was not the standard i would have expected for a superior room. Later in the evening i decided to run a bath and discovered a toenail clipping in th bath :( i was too tired to complain again so i just cleaned it myself, there was also a nail clipping on the floor in the corner which i didnt remove and despite the room being "cleaned" 3 times whilst we were there it was still in the corner of the bathroom when we left. A very disappointing experience!! The bed was clean and fairly comfortable. Staff in the restaurant and the food were both very good. Lovely view across the river, however be aware that the road and tram lines run along in front of the hotel aswell so its noisy day and night.

The river view room was exactly as promised - could see Parliament and the Chain Bridge lit up at night - stunning - as well as sunsets and sunrises in that area. Staff was extremely patient and polite with our questions and requests. Thank you.
