There was no soap in the bathroom, I have to call and ask for it, there was no repositioning of it the next day. the shower drain was clogged, it took 2 days until they were able to fix it

Clean Modern and Location
The hotel was amazing. Its modern, the rooms are clean and the location is perfect its a 3 minute walk to one of the major train stations which connects you to any part of the city and the hop on and hop off bus also stops on the otherside of the train station. The hop off and hop on bus stop is in front of the Starbucks and decathlon. Its about a 10 minute walk to the ruin bars.

Muy caro para lo que te ofrecen.
La habitación es dentro de todo linda, pero muy chica y sin espacio. No incluye desayuno y en 4 días jamás cambiaron sabanas ni toallas. Su punto a favor es la ubicación en una de las mejores zonas comerciales de Budapest y con medios de transporte en los alrededores que te conectan con toda la ciudad. La relación entre los 600 euros por 4 noches y lo que nos brindaron a mí me pareció mala. Con más tiempo para buscar, hay mejores opciones y más baratas. No creo que regrese a este hotel.

Los baños no se corresponden con el precio.
En general bien, habitación cómoda, pero los baños son muy malos, cortinas como de pensión aquí en España, nada acordes con el precio pagado ni las 4 estrellas del hotel. Además, el olor de la habitación no era agradable, no era malo, pero era como a cerrado... Lo bueno, el servicio y la piscina.

It is near public transport, only 5mins walk away from the underground station. Accessible to shopping centers and restaurants. We had a good sleep as the bed is so comfy. Lastly, it would be a 5 star rating if the staff could have been friendly, welcoming and smiling.

Lovely hotel. We had a room for three. The bed settee was adequate for a child. Room was on the small side but had everything we needed. Nespresso coffee maker in the room and complementary water. My stay was good, only giving it 4 star because of the noise and my room not being ready when I arrived. Had to wait for house keeping to get the room ready. Mind you, I arrived at 9pm. The staff when cleaning in the morning are quite noisy also. Then at night, other guests are noisy also so didn’t get much sleep. In general the hotel is quite nice, breakfast has a few variety and okay. Would stay here again hopefully next time it would be quieter.

Great hotel with room for improvement in F&B
Nice clean hotel. Room/shower was tastefully decorated, comforatable, clean and cozy. Hotel staff were kind and courteous. F&B service needs to improve. Lots of food in the b'fast buffet but lacking quality and presentation. Coffee was weak and not hot and water for tea came from the coffee machine at low temperature so there is no way to have decent brew! Kindly improve on this.
