Lovely - and great location

This VRBO was fabulous! It had everything we needed - right down to including laundry soap. So thoughtful! The beds were extremely comfortable - and super pillows, too. WiFi worked well. Super lighting outside for dark arrivals. Very much appreciated the eye for detail.Favorite thing: decor throughoutIdeas for improvement would be: including kleenex boxes! and perhaps some new pans.The location was absolutely perfect for Salida. Walked to everything.The A/C had a hard time cooling the upper loft, but fans were provided (again, thoughtful). We were also there on one of the hottest days of the year!Overall, one of the nicer VRBO's we've stayed in.

Wow!

One of the finest properties I've ever stay at. Truly one of a kind. The bed was super comfortable. The kitchen had everything we could have wanted. Parking was right out front of the unit. And the location in downtown Salida couldn't have been more convenient. Overall, outstanding!

Loved it!

This place is fantastic. It was beautiful and comfortable. The location is amazing, right next to the river and lots of restaurants. It was very clean and had every amenity we could think of. Master bed was comfortable and our kids slept great on the two pull outs. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our family. Only thing I would suggest is a couple of more extra pillows for the pull out beds.

Ski Weekend Stay

The apartment was great. The directions for parking and accessing the unit were easy to follow. The apartment was just as advertised and had everything we needed, it was also decorated nicely. It is downtown with food and shopping on the same block. Would stay here again!

Spectacular birthday weekend

This is a splurge-worthy unit within walking distance to Salida’s historic downtown. Steps from the Arkansas river & great food. Very well stocked. Stayed cool during the day, I don’t think the AC unit ever kicked on - slept with windows open & it was quiet.

Perfect location

My boyfriend and I stayed over the weekend, and had a wonderful time! The location is absolutely perfect if you are looking to enjoy downtown Salida. It is a a short walk to anything in town. The interior is decorated adorably, and everything was super clean! Only suggestion would be better pillows upstairs. Alli was very accommodating and always available. We would definitely come stay again!

Great place in heart of Salida!

Stayed here over Presidents' day weekend, and one of the best places we've stayed at. Lower level has a ton of space and everything was very well appointed. Loft is huge and beds were very comfortable. Unit is right in the middle of Salida and easy to walk to restaurants and even the grocery store. Definitely recommend.

A perfect weekend

We came to celebrate our 38th anniversary and we were NOT disappointed. Here's what we loved: - The instructions for getting parked and into the room were easy to follow - not even a spelling error. - The location is perfect. - You're right by the river and all the food and shops on F st. - The home is well lit, perfectly decorated, and comfortable. - The BED! AWESOME! - The kitchen? Even the knives were sharp. The negatives? NONE! We loved everything about the stay. Would stay there again!

Downtown Hideaway

Tucked into the downtown scene without noise or traffic. We needed a place for a couple of nights before the rest of our group arrived. This was the perfect little retreat that afforded easy downtown access. Comfortable and chic. The hosts have thought of everything.

Super cool spot

We had a wonderful time in Salida and at this historic loft. Location couldn’t be better, and the loft couldn’t be cooler. We never got in the car, just walked around the town and enjoyed the river. We wished we could have stayed longer. By far our favorite place we’ve stayed in Colorado. Kids loved playing with the cars and reading the books. Loved the decor and just everything about the place! Definitely want to come back.

Great Location in Salida

Very clean, modern, and decorated nicely. We could not beat the location. Right downtown and within easy walking distance of all the restaurants and the river. Great spot for a few days.

Perfect!!

This rental was perfect! I enjoyed the layout of the space, especially the loft bedroom and bathroom. I found the bed to be comfortable. Enjoyed the private courtyard to for a glass of wine and catch up on my book. The location of the rental was one of the best parts. I enjoyed being able to go for morning walk for coffee, then in the evening walking to grab a drink and bite to eat. I would recommend this rental for an individual or couples. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Loft

Salida is one of our favorite vacation spots and this loft was awesome, one of the best places we've stayed. Very stylish and comfortable. It's location is right downtown and close to the river and even with the proximity to all the restaurants and shops, the loft was quiet. We would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone staying in Salida.

This property was amazing! Very clean and good sized, we did not feel cramped. The location is perfect, right off the main street so you are close to shops and restaurants. The river is a minute walk away and a trail system is a short walk away. We enjoyed staying here!

Fantastic location

The location is amazing as it puts you right near the river walk, shopping and the park. The accommodations themselves are very inviting and clean with all the amenities you could want. On this trip we also stayed in Manitou Springs, Ouray, Estes Park and YMCA of the Rockies cabin and this unit was rivaled by just one of our other accommodations. Will definitely be our location of choice when we return to Salida.
