Excelente hospedaje y anfitrión!
La ubicacion es perfecta, zona segura y agradable para pasear, en la misma manzana podes encontrar locales gastronomicos para todos los gustos, a una cuadra de parque lezama, a pocas cuadras de caminito y la boca. El departamento es moderno, muy bien decorado, posee un amplio baño, comodo mobiliario, y ademas cuenta con todo lo que se puede necesitar para la estadia. El dueño esta siempre disponible para responder las consultas de forma rapida, y ademas piensa en los detalles que marcan la diferencia. Un rotundo 10! Ya sabemos donde volver y donde recomendar estadia a nuestros amigos.

Beautiful spot in the heart of San Telmo
We had an amazing stay in this beautiful and centrally located apartment. Our host, Ale, was wonderful and recommended some local spots for us. Looking forward to returning. Mil gracias Ale 🙏

Wonderful location- nice apartment
From check in to check out the owner was easy to reach and responsive. The building entry is secure with a reception desk in the lobby. The apartment was clean and provided all necessities. Around the corner is a lovely tree lined street with several good restaurant choices

Sehr schönes neues Designer Boutique Hotel
Es war unser letzter Tag vor der Heimreise nach ca 5 Wochen Südamerika (Chile, Patagonia, Argentina, Uruguay). Und es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Wir wünschen jedoch, dass sich Montevideo viejo ein bisschen besser entwickelt.gracias Jeronimo.

Great Apartment in a great neighborhood
We loved our stay here. The property manager was easy to communicate with. The apartment is lovely. We also really loved the neighborhood and location. Nice restaurants and shops nearby. Short walk to San Telmo.

Apartamento INCRÍVEL
O Apartamento é uma gracinha! Super bem decorado e aconchegante. Nosso check in foi super tranquilo e ao chegar nos deparamos com um AP extremamente limpo, exatamente como nas fotos. A cama é super confortável, a cozinha completa e o chuveiro muito bom. O bairro é sulencioso e tranquilo com restaurantes por perto e há 4 quadras do mercado de San telmo. RECOMENDO.

Great stay!
My husband and I were initially worried about staying in Barracas -- we had heard that it was one of the places that you want to avoid in Argentina. However, that was not the case (at least not here). The apt. is located next to a street of restaurants -- we ate at La Popular most nights (it was great!). Additionally, it's a walkable distance from Parque Lezama and Caminito (which we walked to several times). The apt. was exactly as pictured -- it was very clean and the host was very easy to communicate with. When I asked him about the laundry situation, he graciously left laundry coins for us to use. He also was flexible in our check-out time, as we had a late flight. Overall, this was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.
