Nos agradó mucho la estadía. Somos una familia de 5; dos adultos y tres niños. Estuvimos en una suite de dos habitaciones, bien amplia y cómoda. Buen desayuno y el hotel es bonito.

Mi mayor placer es viajar y tengo que decirles que este Hotel me encantó!! Su edificio, su parking práctico, su gente y la atención, todos super amables y con una sonrisa. Cuenta con desayuno incluido en el precio, tiene una bonita piscina cubierta, gym y un jardín externo precioso, digno de visitar. Estuvimos 6 personas alojadas dos dias en una habitación muy confortable con kitchinette y muy espaciosa. Excelente precio y calidad. Cerca del aeropuerto y a unos 45 minutos de las cataratas. Nosotros llegamos en auto, y realmente estabamos cerca de todo. Recomendable 100%, sin dudas!! Gracias Hilton, volveré!!

Hotel having some construction done but otherwise. Great place. And reasonable price for the accommodation. Staff friendly and accommodating.

They are doing a remodel of the property. Because I booked through Expedia they said all the King bed rooms were sold out so they put us into a Double bed room with dirty blankets. No pots and pans. Very limited silverware and knives. The appliances were one and rusty. It was noisy with the dog whining and barking all day in the room across the hallway. Voices travelled under the doors from two other rooms. And to top it off there was a smoke detector beeping because it had a low battery.

Hotel was under construction, not mentioned at all prior to arrival. Room was dirty, hot tub was broken, strange smells throughout hotel, wallpaper was peeling off the walls. Kids screaming and adults blasting music on a loud speaker at the pool, no staff said anything to them. Very trashy and not at all relaxing. Bed was very uncomfortable. Might be better when construction is done but would stay away for now.

Overall our stay was good. Staff members were friendly, they did ensure we were okay etc. In terms of comfort, the room was a bit cold. We did call maintenance and they explained that because of the weather, the heat is already on overdrive. Even if we try to increase the temperature on the thermostat, it will never get to the temperature we want. At that point, we realized it was out of everyone's control. There were some warm bouts, but all we had to do was wear extra layers and my little one didn't seem bothered by the cold.

Had a fun time with my family, the staff checking us in were very clueless and could not do check in smoothly without needing help by additional staff. The room was good and clean. The pool was great. No other concerns past check in issues

Leaving in a hurry.
Everything was good except I requested late checkout. I was interrupted by housekeeping and after I stated I requested late checkout she said ok then left. She returned moments later and said we are booked today we can honor late checkout. Which left me scurrying to jump up and pack and leave couldn't even get the little ones washed and dressed properly as we were being tossed out.

The hotel is worn out, pretty much everything was dirty from just years of use. Mattress cover had a pee stain. Sink and toilet kept backing up even after being fixed. Room service was only every other day. The room should have been half the rate, 2.5 start hotel.

Staff were friendly. My hotel room was dirty. Hairs in the sink and on bath tub. The centre coffee table was dirty. I had to go out and buy pinesol cleaner.

The tv in both bedrooms did not work. There was a gap in between the wall and the stove in the kitchen and it was very dirty on the floor there. Overall a good stay and it was very convenient for what we needed. The bed frames stuck out far from the mattress so after hitting our shins numerous times we had to be extremely cautious of it especially at night. The headboards were also a lot higher than the bed so pillows would slip down behind there at night.

The property was probably great 10years ago but it has not been well maintained. Entrance area was great but different story when you get to the room. What seemed to be blood stains on walls, ripped carpet, doors that don’t close properly, dirty, just seemed in disrepair and not properly upkept. Staff was friendly however won’t stay here again.

I was greeted by a young lady whose name started with a "C". I can remember exactly what her name was but she accommodated me with early check in as I had to come to buffalo in an emergency. I enjoyed the room we were in as it had a little old fashion look to up but was still fashionable. There was a lady at breakfast that welcomed everyone that came down to eat and the staff at the desk were very helpful. The only problem I would say is that during the night my daughter and I encountered a rotten egg smell that scared us and we called the front desk. Rose the lady at the front desk moved us to another room immediately which we really appreciated. I would recommend.

Great Place
Really nice hotel. We had a suite which also had a fireplace in it. I wish our stay had been longer so we could have enjoyed the room more. Everything was perfectly clean. The free breakfast was great and in a really nice room. Would definltely recommend
