Great location for fishing the lake or river
Awesome house, convenient location- around 10 minutes from bull Shoals dam, and maybe 20 minutes to White Hole resort. It was a great central spot for us to stay with the areas we were fishing. We slept 6 easily. Awesome location, and great views of the lake.

Quiet, peaceful stay
Property is clean and has a wonderful view. It is tucked away and any noise is minimal. Property is ideally located and provided a wonderful stay. Would 10/10 recommend for a quiet getaway. Host was responsive and extremely easy to work with!

Excellent choice
This house was beautiful, well maintained, and perfectly located lakeside! The hosts were excellent, and had great communication. We had a great trip to a very unique and awesome area. Would recommend 10/10

BOOK IT!
We made so many new memories here! If your wondering on if this is the place for you, here is your sign to book it! Location is perfect, at the end of a dead end road, perfect privacy. Backyard IS Bull Shoals Lake and the hot tub with that beautiful view is the cherry on top. So thankful we had the opportunity to stay here and would highly recommend!

Father / Son Trip
This was a very special year - our 27th in a row - of our father / son week at the lake. Now 3 generations spending quality time together at the most beautiful location in NW Arkansas. This house was the perfect place to spend the week. With the ideal proximity to both marinas and day / night activities, it’s the perfect place to simply relax and to explore all the incredible things the Bull Shoals lake / white river has to offer. The property delivered on its promise and we will be back again for year 28!!

Perfect space
We all met and stayed here for a weekend on the lake and it was perfect for us! The kids loved the downstairs space and hot tub! It was just altogether great!

Relaxing stay in Bull Shoals
The house was exactly as described. It was perfect for our family. The boat ramp is very close and we had lake access from the house to swim. We saw a lot of wildlife since it is at the end of a culdesac. Arkansas is hilly, so the property is on a hill and at the bottom of a hill. Would recommend 100%!

Pleasantly surprised!
This property is tucked away in a very secluded cul-de-sac. Offers a large back deck for gathering, and an amazing view of the lake. The the one item I would suggest noting would be parking/moving space for larger boats on trailers is limited. Once we unloaded and left boats at the easy 5 minute drive to Bull Shoals boat dock it all worked out. Most definitely not a dealbreaker, I hope to return soon!

Great spot on the lake
Wonderful house right on the lake and just a couple minutes drive to Bull Shoals boat dock. Clean and spacious, gorgeous view of the lake, and private as it's at the bottom of a hill on a dead end street. My boys loved taking the kayaks out on the water. Only minor complaint I have is that it was challenging to haul the kayaks down to the lake due to the steepness and rocky edges bordering the water. Other than that, the house was a perfect spot to enjoy Bull Shoals and all that the area provides in terms of outdoor fun. Definitely would recommend to others.

Adventure and Relaxation!
We had family of ten and we enjoyed the house! The house felt like we were in a secluded place. We loved the hot tub and walking outside for a hike. Amazing hike behind the house to a bluff! Just beautiful! It was too cold to do any water activities, which would have been even better. We also rented a boat and explored around the river. The owners recommended trip to Branson by taking the perry. The road was not quite scenic in my opinion but it was an adventure for sure and we had a great time in Branson. We also had wonderful hike to Indian Rockhouse hike and spend some time at White River State Park. Our host Andy responded so fast to our questions! Thank you! We LOVED the house and highly recommend this place!

What a Great Thanksgiving!
The entire family was able to come and all stay together and we had such a wonderful time! The host could not have been more responsive or helpful. We had a total of 10 people, 6 adults and 4 kids under 5, and had plenty of space for everyone. What a special bonus for the kids to find a large tub of toys to play with that weren't their own! Different toys are always way more fun than your own.

This is a very nice property to stay. Pretty deco, right on lake, 10 family members, had plenty of room to mingle. Nice deck , plenty of seating for all. The grill and griddle had to be scrubbed clean before use. The basement bath was dirty, and had to be cleaned, but the rest of the house was perfectly cleaned and very welcoming. We had a great time.

Big Family Vacation at the Lake
Extended family vacation at the lake. We loved the location! The house was even better in person than in photos. There was plenty of space for the 9 of us. The griddle and grill were so handy and it made cooking as a family a lot of fun. The kayaks were awesome! We loved taking them down to the cove. We will be back as soon as possible!

Great place!
We had a great time and would recommend this property. The home is spacious and perfect for the 10 of us. The large deck on the back of the house was the perfect place to view the lake and just relax after a full day of boating and fishing and and the hot tub was hit! We used the kayaks on the lake that we accessed from the back yard. The owners were quick to respond to our questions and were very nice. The location is close to the marina where we kept our boat which was another plus.

Great getaway!
Our family of 7 (5 boys-ages 9-16) had a great time here. There was plenty of space to spread out and they definitely made use of the kayaks and hot tub! Property manager was super responsive to all questions and concerns. The town is quite small, but there is a boat dock (we rented a pontoon with a slide for an afternoon), a grocery store and pizza joint.

This home was amazing! We didn't use the hot tub but it looked wonderful and clean.
Came for a fishing trip with my 82 year old father, brother and husband. Everything was as described. Made new memories which are especially important right now because dad's been diagnosed with Alzheimer's. Home was quiet and peaceful. Would stay at Andy's place again :)

Best house in Bull Shoals, Arkansas!
Not only the best house, but also the best HOT TUB! The property was very clean, with a fabulous deck overlooking the lake. The kitchen/dining/living room is great for indoor gathering space and opens up to the nice upper deck. In fact, there enough room for the 6 of us to have a yoga class in the living room the 1 day it rained! The property is very private and perfect for R&R. The stars at night from the hot tub were amazing, the kayaks brand new, and we spotted several bald eagles flying over our heads in the morning! Good job Andy on this house!
