Traiga a su familia y amigos a este nuevo alquiler de vacaciones de una sola planta en la hermosa Sunridge Estates. Casa de 3 habitaciones, 2 baños, más 1 habitación, 1 baño completo, casita. Esta acogedora casa duerme 16! Siéntese y relájese junto a la piscina tropical y el spa con vistas a las montañas y los tejados. La piscina tiene una rueda de cambio de color para que las luces cambien de color. Diversión para ver de noche. La piscina también tiene un estante Baja y una mesa integrada para disfrutar de un buen cóctel o limonada fría. Vista del casino Peek-a-boo desde Gazebo. Un montón de mesas de patio al aire libre con 3 mesas de patio (capacidad para 18) y 4 sillones para tomar el sol. Un montón de espacio para 2 - 3 familias para esparcirse y pasar un buen rato haciendo barbacoas, nadando, jugando o viendo el gran juego en nuestros televisores de pantalla grande. El lago Mohave y el desembarco de Katherine están a 12 minutos. Casino y lanzamiento de botes en el río están a 5 minutos. Garaje para dos coches y estacionamiento para cuatro vehículos más en el camino circular. Bote y estacionamiento de motos de agua en calle. WIFI gratuito y DIRECTV. 1 cama king, 2 sofás cama Queen en la casita, cama queen con litera doble y nido doble y dos literas triples que duermen 3 cada una en la habitación con literas (perfecta para todos los niños). Gran mesa de comedor con capacidad para 10 más dos en el mostrador y una mesa adicional con capacidad para 4 más. Cocina completamente equipada con casi todo para cocinar para todo el grupo. Parecerá que nos mudamos y ustedes se mudaron. Bunkroom tiene una gran pantalla de televisión y una PS3 con juegos para niños. Disfrute de un día en el lago o el río y luego venga a casa para hacer una barbacoa y refrescarse en la piscina o disfrutar del relajante jacuzzi. Casita tiene juegos de mesa con 2 sofás y una pequeña cocina con fregadero y una pequeña nevera / congelador. Restaurantes y casinos están a 5 minutos en coche. El club de Sam está a 5 minutos. A Home Away from Home

The property was exactly as advertised—clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with all the comforts of home. The host was responsive and helpful, and we really appreciated the thoughtful extras like pool toys for the kids and well-stocked amenities. We'd definitely stay here again!

Family Getaway

This property was beautiful! We had three generations ages 6 weeks to 64 and everyone had a great time. The separate casita was perfect for the new parents and baby. The main house had plenty of room for everyone else. The pool was amazing and the host was super responsive. Loved this property so much my grandkids want to live there.

Wonderful for large family

Great house, lots of sleeping beds. All pots, pans and cups. Plenty of towels! This is usually not the case with pool homes. Garage parking was a Great plus.

Relaxing Oasis

Absolutely wonderful home with plenty of space and all the amenities. Beautiful pool and breathtaking mountain view’s. The host was incredibly friendly and very accommodating. I would most definitely recommend and would return in a heartbeat.

Confutable Oasis

We had an exceptional stay , and our entire family thoroughly enjoyed the experience. A special thank you to the host, who was always prompt and responsive to our requests. The house was immaculate, specious and provided ample room for our group, making our visit truly memorable. The location was ideal for our family, and we especially appreciated the pool and hot tub in the afternoon. Despite the cooler weather, the children had a fantastic time playing and didn’t seem to mind the chill. We could ‘’t have asked for a better place to stay. We will definitely return to this location.

Our daughters family and us (9 total) fall boating trip your property met our needs. Appreciated being allowed to park in garage use of driveway for our boat. We enjoyed the gazebo for evenings of games, swim in the pool and two evenings of BBQ, beautiful sunsets and morning coffee on patio

Great Property!

Needed a house to host birthday event and this location and property were perfect to get around to the river and to the casinos. Jennifer was amazing throughout the entire process! Always communicating and checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. The house is fully stocked with all the things you need and then some. We will definitely be back!

Love Love Love

Loved this house and all that it gave. Jennifer is a perfect host. She was very responsive and patient. She made sure we checked in on and checked to see if needed anything. Before arriving, I asked if we could possibly check in early, due to us arriving early from a 4 hour drive. I only asked for a couple of hours but was able to check in 4 hours early. Neighborhood is very nice.The majority of our stay was outside in the beautiful patio area, by the awesome pool. Loved the Casitas. There was plenty of space for our family. Definitely look forward to coming back next year. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect vacation home

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning vacation home that featured a beautiful pool with a charming casita. This house is perfect, I cannot recommend it enough! The pool was undoubtedly the highlight of the stay. It was just what the family needed after a hot day on the lake. My teens especially loved it when we turned on the lights. This gave them a perfect background for all their pictures. The surrounding area was beautifully landscaped and easily had seats for everyone. The casita added a wonderful touch to the overall charm of the property. There was so much space and it was perfect for my cousin's family of 4. The main house itself was equally impressive, offering spacious and comfortable living areas. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals for the whole family. I have to mention that Jennifer, the property owner, is amazing. She answered all our questions immediately. We have rented from her before, and her level of hospitality is a huge reason we keep coming back. Overall, my stay at this vacation home was an absolute delight and we can’t wait to come back.

This house was perfect for our group! There was something for everyone. Between the pool, the large dining room table for playing games, the room layout, and the proximity to Lake Mohave it was a memorable trip. Jennifer, the host, was great! We look forward to our next trip!

Family trip

This was our second time staying here. This is house is beautiful,the pool is awesome,kitchen fully stocked and just overall a great place to enjoy time with family when not at the river. Jennifer is so easy to communicate with for any questions or concerns. Highly recommend this home to anyone especially larger groups as the house is very spacious. Thank you again Jennifer! We will be back for sure!
