We enjoyed everything about La Vista. Damian was very nice and very pleasant. The view is spectacular and the villa was very comfortable and clean. We will definitely return we enjoyed ourselves very much. Thank you Damian see you again soon😁

Unique property and experience with 5 cabins. Set in the rural countryside outside Byron. Was a great experience and facilities quite quirky setup. Pool was beautiful. Owner was very helpful. Just note it’s not a hotel. Hotel was the highlight of the places we stayed on trip to Australia.

Beautiful place, very quiet, good comfy bed..

Beautiful place to stay.. away from Byron , yet close enough to drive.. However I read the reviews prior and for many years people have suggested a microwave in the room.. and nothing has changed. Also the room needs block out curtains( also suggested for years) and still none. It didnt bother me, but you cannot sleep in as the curtains are light and the morning sun beams in.. Bit concerning, I went out for the day, and when I got back the bathroom window was opened, hence the owner must have entered the place and opened the window as I did not.

Perfect escape from city life. Very peaceful with beautiful green views. Reccommended for anyone needing some quality 'time out'. A very comfortable stay.

Disappointed!

Location was lovely and quiet, however the accommodation was disappointing. It did not appear as if the property had been regularly maintained and there were signs of wear and tear which were beyond their repair date. The in-room facilities were very minimalist, with no microwave or means to heat a meal if you were not going out for dinner. There was no sink for washing up (other than the handbasin) and we found rubbish from a previous guest still under the lounge which by the way was very uncomfortable. Other than the pool there were no on-site facilities. The pool is right outside the owners accommodation which felt weird.

A nice retreat

This place was nice and clean and in a nice quiet spot with a lovely outlook. Owner was friendly. Negatives were no chance of a sleep in as there were only sheer curtains and the mattress felt abit old. It also seemed to lack extras (only bin was in the toilet, no spare toilet roll for when it ran out etc. ) If you don't like to sleep in then this place is for you.(we stayed in the grand villa).

Beautiful quiet place with amazing views

Wonderful owner. No faff at check in - just shown straight to room so we could enjoy our holiday. Option for breakfast if wanted. Really comfy sofa and bed. Would 100% stay again. Very short and easy drive to Byron whilst great for Pacific highway and Bangalow also. Can't wait to stay again. Thank you

Peaceful Paradise

My partner and I stayed at La Vista for a week and were impressed from the first instance. The owners are accomodating and friendly, the villa was amazingly clean, picturesque and a peaceful home during our stay in Byron Bay

Beautiful and simple

Damien was very lovely and willing to help in any way possible. The location is really close to everything but not so close you are caught up in the hustle and bustle. The view from our beautiful room was simple and stunning, and it felt like we were the only ones there. Highly recommend it.

Great location, nice and queit, fantastic stay

Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Byron - such a chilled out way to do byron (and that's the way it should be). Close drive into Byron, Bangalow etc. We'll definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful villa with a view

We had a great stay! Great position, close to Byron and hinterland towns of Bangalow, Mullumbimby. 30 mins drive to airport. The view was lovely, with stunning sunrise and sunsets. The bedroom was luxurious and comfy with a huge bed. The bathroom was awesome, with two shower heads and massive bath. Everything was clean and tidy. Very private and relaxing experience.

Slice of heven

Damien was awesome, so helpful, generous and welcoming. The location is perfect, just far enough away from Byron to feel like you were out of the hustle and bustle but near enough to easily visit. The view from my villa was absolutely stunning, I left feeling so recharged, thanks again Damien.
