The property was beautiful, located close to restaurants (some a short walk, others a golf cart ride away), right on the beach, and perfect in size for our 4-person family.
We loved the pool location, the palapas, and the bar at the pool. The rental itself had cookware, that we used sparingly, but we found it to have everything we needed.
The concierge team (Alexandra) was great! Response time on What's App was very quick. She helped us rent a golf cart the same day we requested one. They also assisted us in getting access to the property on the day of arrival.
So many great things, why my less than perfect review?
We never received check-in instructions. When I sent 2 emails to Blue Zone Experience the day prior to our arrival requesting the instructions and how to access the property the response I was given was that they had already been emailed. Unfortunately, I never received the email, so this response was not helpful. Thankfully, when I reached out to the concierge team they stepped in and supplied the necessary information to allow us to check into the property.
Our family did a late dinner on our first night of arrival. Upon returning to the property, we went to check out the work out facilities. We then were headed back to our villa. The sprinklers kicked on and we thought nothing of walking through them, until we realized that the water smells like sanitation. We all stunk! We had to take showers, us and our clothes smelled of poop! Beware of the sprinklers!
