Chère Maeva,Arcobaleno Rooms est une maison d'hôtes et non un hôtel, il n'a donc pas de réception ouverte 24h/24, mais nous sommes toujours disponibles 24h/24 pour tout besoin ou information, évidemment avant l'arrivée de chaque client nous nous contactons toujours de fournir toutes les informations nécessaires, il n'a malheureusement pas été possible de vous contacter car les coordonnées de la réservation étaient inexistantes.Nous sommes désolés de savoir que la chambre n'était pas à votre goût, la chambre que vous avez réservée était une chambre standard ( non-fumeur) avec fenêtre intérieure, nous sommes très transparents avec nos clients, en effet votre chambre est exactement celle de la section Chambres Standard. Tandis que les chambres avec balcon et pierre sont d'un autre type, ou chambres supérieures. Nous espérons vous avoir à nouveau parmi nos invités pour pouvoir vous réserver notre meilleur traitement.
