El hotel es un poco antiguo pero las instalaciones generales y los dormitorios amplios cómodos bien equipados. Buena ropa de cama y almohadas suaves. Desayuno variado completo y con productos de buena calidad

Buen hotel. Clasico y antiguo pero limpio y cómodo. No lo recomiendo para estancias de mas de 3 dias. El desayuno aceptable y lo mejor es la comida del room service. El barrio donde esta situado se torna peligroso

Excelente opción! Desayuno increíble!
El hotel se encuentra ubicado convenientemente en un area de la ciudad que ofrece comercios, cercano a un laboratorio que ofrece PCR para COVID, en las inmediaciones hay un supermercado, bancos (uno de ellos ofrece cambio de divisas por ATM), restaurants de comida rápida. Las inmediaciones son tranquilas, y el acceso a transporte público también es sencillo. La atención previa a la reserva fue insatisfactoria. Solicité información respecto al hisopado y no obtuve respuesta. Una vez realizada la reserva de la habitación, se me informó el costo de traslado desde el aeropuerto (25 USD, algo elevado). La coordinación de este servicio fue impecable. No hubo dificultad en encontrar a mi chofer al arribo. Al llegar al hotel, el servicio es excelente. Trato cordial, resolutivos para todo lo que uno requiera. Un representante de una agencia con desk en el hotel asiste para las actividades que uno quiera realizar durante la estadía. El trato de parte de todo el personal es amable y servicial. La asistencia y ayuda es impecable. El hotel es amplio, elegante, con espacios comunes agradables, modernos, limpios. Las habitaciones son amplias, bien equipadas, cuenta con café, té y agua de cortesía. Caja de seguridad electrónica. Detalles como esponja para lustrar zapatos. El baño correctamente desinfectado. Mi balcón permitía observar la puesta de sol y la piscina en el primer piso. El desayuno es increible!

Lo positivo desde mi punto de vista: Muy buen hotel, personal muy amable y las instalaciones bonitas y limpias, desayuno muy abundante, la conexión a Internet funcionaba bastante bien en la habitación, habitación muy agradable en cuanto a su aspecto y limpieza. Lo negativo desde mi punto de vista: Área de alberca muy pequeña, desayuno abundante en cantidad pero poco variado, la ubicación del hotel no es mala pero tampoco es la mejor, la habitación que me fue asignada estaba frente a un generador eléctrico, por lo que al abrir la puerta del balcón el ruido era terrible, esto obligaba a mantener la puerta del balcón siempre cerrada.

El hotel es moderno y está muy bien ubicado. Cuenta con todo tipo de servicios. Ofrecen un desayuno delicioso y con muchas opciones. La habitación fue amplia y cómoda.

TOUR DE LA AGENCIA ESTAFADORA
LO PEOR ES QUE LA AGENCIA DE TOURS DEL HOTEL ESTAFA A SUS CLIENTES COBRANDO PRECIOS EXCESIVOS E INCUMPLIENDO TOTALMENTE LO ACORDADO. El hotel esta bien en infraestructura, pero la ubicación es muy mala.

Buen hotel- no en relacion al servicio
-Poca colaboración de parte de los recepcionistas (solicite la lista de precios del servicio de lavandería, y nunca recibí nada, ni la lista, ni la bolsa!); la empresa de taxis del hotel parecía seria, pero al contratar una excursión nos dijeron que el chofer hablaba español, y a duras penas se podía comunicar en inglés, ademas de ser por demas insistente en querer llevarnos de compras a lugares que nunca pedimos, (ya uno viene saturado de esas situaciones en otras ciudades de Egipto, por lo que al contratar un servicio así, espera que por lo menos sea serio, al final uno siente que es responsable del sueldo del chofer y no la enpresa contratista), lo peor fue la insistencia en visitar esos lugares diciéndonos que estabamos bien con el tiempo para ir al Museo Egipcio, justificandose que cerraba el museo a las 18 hs; pero en realidad cierran 16:30!!apenas tuvimos una hora para poder visitarlo! Encima como habíamos pagado 6 hrs de excursión, si se quedaba mas tiempo esperandonos para llevarnos de regreso al hotel nos cobraba 30€ por hr, asi q no solo nos dejo apenas una hora para recorrer el Museo , sino que nos tuvimos que volver en un taxi de la calle, ( teniendo que discutir como siempre el precio del traslado y pasar el mal momento del regateo), el comentario es porque dentro de la habitacion, el hotel dice expresamente que no se hace responsable por los taxis de la puerta, teniendo ese servicio dentro del hotel!

Muy buen hotel para descansar
El Cairo es una de esas ciudades en las que justifica hospedarse en un muy buen hotel, para descansar del bullicio, aprovechar los menores costos y buscar una zona más tranquila. Este hotel es una muy buena opción, por sus instalaciones, (la piscina es muy agradable), opciones de comida y servicio en general.

I am not sure if the hotel had a fitness room. Breakfast was ok. They should allow guests to get their own coffee and tea. It’s inconvenient to wait for waitresses to bring you the drinks. They were slow.

Hotel très agréable mais très bruyant
Hotel très confortable mais qui ne sert pas d'alcool. De même la présence de femmes voilées intégralement ne permet pas décemment pour les femmes de profiter de la piscine.... L'hôtel étant dans la ville, les extérieurs sont extrêmement bruyants la journée par la circulation automobile et les claxons incéssants, et la nuit des hordes de chiens aboyent environ 5 fois par nuit ...

Generally you won’t expect much in Cairo. Safir does provide a decent place for travellers and with good services. Breakfast buffet was decent and comprehensive. While it’s 3 streets away from River Nile, I would say the area is comparably good already - after all you can’t compare it will four seasons or Sofitel.

Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa. Recebemos frutas e docinhos de boas vindas. O quarto era grande, camas e travesseiros confortáveis. O staff muito gentil, verdadeiros profissionais, atenderam a todas as nossas necessidades. Recebemos um jantar cortesia delicioso no bar da piscina do hotel. Ótima estadia recomendo.

Excellent location and excellent staff. Buffet breakfast and dinner were very good with a great variety of healthy foods plus many desserts. We ate at the hotel every day. There is some noise from outside street car horns and barking dogs. It did not affect our sleep.
