No air conditioning. Window off-track have to be fixed. My son did that. No bath towels in the washi

Hi betty thank you for review. We are sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay, we wished you had let us know about the towels during your stay so that we couldve told you the towels are in the closet. Same for the window track we couldve easily fixed that for you. As for the air conditioning it is mentioned in the listing that there is no airconditioning.
