Hotel donde no se puede dormir
Los directivos han olvidado que la principal funcion de un hotel es dormir, no dan condiciones para ello, muy fria la habitacion, de manera continua se escucha el motor del refrigerador que nadie utiliza y el ventilador del ba#o muy ruidoso. Se oye el ruido de este ventilador de otras habitaciones.

I had to change rooms after my first night, my room was full of bugs. Second room had a shared door where my neighbor and I could hear each other sigh, or cough. Worst motel experience of my life. Still makes me itchy thinking about it. Carpets, walls, whole facility was dated, dirty, and a vibe of just depression and squalor. So disturbing and gross.

Also you were complaining about the pet fees which is the lowest in the town. All our rooms are serviced on daily basis and none of rooms have carpet. From uncleanliness to unprofessionalism, I’m stuck between the foul smell from the hallways leading into the room. Initially, wasn’t given the room I had chosen and to top it off, was cold all night. Our first room seemed clean at first look. Was run down and in need of Reno's but not bad. We woke up to bed BUGS. So gross!! Got moved to a different room that was in the same condition as the first but seemed to be bug free. Breakfast was minimal-in need of some simple additions like yogurt and bananas. Was disappointed all the hotel management would do for our gross inconvenience was a $25 deduction to one night. STAY ELSEWHERE!!

As per the compensation, please note that we had upgraded your room and also given monentary compensation. Didn’t care for the false fire alarm going off at 2:10am Found other accommodations that are much nicer for cheaper in a better part of town. Shower head 12” too low and I’m only 5’8”. Some kind of bugs seen in bathroom. No power outlets for vehicle. Bathroom way out dated.

They have the oldest building in a condition that matches the age but they do more than most and clearly have a better staff. Stayed 5 nights and had no issues. Could use a "service" on the treadmill.

The eating system has 2 option hi or more hi... the heat in the building was really a problem. we slept with an open window. The shower had a mullet from somedy else hanging from the wall, somebody must walk with a bald head in calgary. No soap for the clothes washing machine. The bed was comfortable with clean sheets, Kumar was very nice to us. we loved the free parking and the fact that the tramway was at a 5 min walks from the motel. The breakfast was fair enough but the cofee was really untastefull. The price was fair for the state of the motel.

So much wrong with this property! I found this property on Expedia. I checked in and was immediately disappointed with the room and property. First, the place is filthy from the parking lot to the hallway to the room. The floor was so filthy I could feel my socks stick to the floor! There was hair on the bathroom floor. Kumar called me in the room about 10 minutes after check-in to see if the property met my expectations. I told him the room was filthy, and at that point, should of asked to get my money back. He took me to a different room and asked if that would work. Being tired and wanting to rest, I said ok. Then once in that room, the bathroom had no light. He then moved me to a third room (this was the room with the sticky floor). Just a disaster of a property. Apparently there are people who live on this property who can't afford a house. Lots of unsavory people on site, drinking, cursing, smoking, covered in jail like tattoos. AVOID THIS PROPERTY. Sketchy people hang around here and I felt unsafe the entire time there.

We moved you to 3 different rooms as you were not happy with the room which you had booked. If you were not happy, we would have refunded you the money and you never asked for refund. Moving to another room was your requirement and we did it happily even though the rooms were used by you. Our property is old but we maintained it very well and rest assured that we are the best Motel in the entire village area in terms of price ,location and security. The staff were customer oriented, checking in if everything was okay. Continental breakfast included an automatic pancake maker. Bathtub was big enough and had a plug may sound silly. Unfortunately we have stayed in a number of places where they don’t have plugs so you have a bathtub you can’t have a bath in. The only downside was the place was dated and in need of some minor beautification.

The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. Having a discount at Denny's was also a welcome benefit. The facility shows its age, and the room hadn't been cleaned as thoroughly before I got into my space. Cab drivers had trouble finding the service road, so I ended up paying extra for them to go around the block. BEWARE - the weekend rate is higher than the weekday rate. Also, the Expedia booking did not have the rate listed on the booking. I was sure I had booked it for $10 less a weeknight than they set it for (plus another $25 for the weekend nights). The walk to the Banff Trail C-train wasn't a long walk, but with the snow and ice it was not easy as I have mobility issues.

All our rooms are cleaned, they are serviced on daily basis and are inspected by our head housekeeper. The rate what you had booked through 3rd party remains the same and we never change. Most of the hotels do have weekday and weekend rates and it depends upon availability and demand and rates are not constant all the time. We recommend to book early to enjoy our discounted rates . You get charged about $1.15 every morning at about 4:30 as a security fee, and I wasn't given a receipt. Kinda weird, room smelled a little bit Smokey, but overall I guess I got my money's worth.
