Buena ubicación, horrible estancia
Para empezar había una rata en el cuarto, me dio tanto asco el baño de sucio que decidí no tomar un baño, me hicieron un cobro de depósito el cual jamás me regresaron, NO se queden ahí definitivamente pueden encontrar algo mejor este hotel es una vergüenza.

As soon as my family get in the room we noticed already the toilet smells pee, the floor didn’t sweep or mop, bed sheets in one of the bed with stains and sigarette burned and everything’s dusty. I thought because of the pandemic is everything sanitize? We did the sanitation ourselves

Absolutely horrible. Service was brutal and mean. Guests were all crack addicts living in the rooms, human feces all over parking lot. Room was destroyed and not cleaned.

What I like only here is that tge price is good, close to the restaurant and supermarket. What I don't want is that not clean and their service is not good.

Divey hotel with a lot of vagrants and druggies living there long term. Our room had holes in the walls. WiFi is terrible. Don't stay here unless you have no other choice......

Room wasn’t ready for nearly 30 minutes & was not as all as pictured. In very poor condition. Stank of smoke & had dust clumps hanging from ceiling. No TP. Front office wasn’t open at 8:00 for checkout. Don’t recommend & would never book again.

SHould not be on Expedia, its a rent by the hour hotel. it was dirty, smelly and unsafe for a lone woman after driving 13 hours. The only redeeming thing is they gave me a full refund.

Never stay here again
Walls with drywall mud was so thick it had melded, no bathroom fan, no towel to stand on coming out of the shower or hand towels, stains on the carpet, lack of plugins and those available wouldn’t hold charging block, garbage on floor, sounded like construction going on above us starting at around 9 pm and continuing until after 7 am, no ice maker available, we found a pair of glasses in the parking lot and the staff wouldn’t take them to the office, told us to leave them where we found them. In short it is the worst kept hotel we have ever been in

Booked room online. Called to let them know it would be a late check in, there was no answer. This was at 945pm. Tried to cancel my room but couldn’t. Got in contact with Expedia for help…. So needless to say I didn’t stay there

I called many times to hotel that I am on the way and I will be late for checkin , no one answered. I arrived along with Family and children hotel at about 12:20 am , reception was locked and there was a sign that will be back be 8 am . It was terrible, I was there for half an hour. It was a terrible night with family and I was not able to check in with family and small children. I tried all other hotels all were full . I called to a friend in midnight and went to his house in Emergency. I call hotel in Morning, the receptionist said he will complain it to Manager and I will get refund in 24 to 48 hours , no refund yet , I would like Expedia to take action against this hotel and Refund my amount and compensate me for all this hardship . Bei Ankunft - niemand da, "back in 5 min". Nach einer halben Stunde immer noch niemand erreichbar. Ein Mann endlich gekommen, kennt sich nicht aus mit fremden Papieren - zuletzt Rechnung ausgestellt, die bezahlt wurde. Schon vor der Ankunft wurde vorsorglich ein Deposit abgebucht, wofür auch immer. Zimmer nicht sauber, im Eiskasten noch Reste des vorigen Gastes. Wackelndem Tisch musste ich erst die Beine fixieren. WiFi Password nicht mitgegeben, da nie jemand erreichbar, nicht verwendet.

Rundown slum: do not recommend
Many rooms were broken or not clean. The main staff was constantly yelling at other staff members and rude to us as well. Our room smelled terrible, wasn’t vacuumed, and had a broken window and slider. Additionally there was no toilet paper in the bathroom and only some lights worked. When we got to our room the door was already open.

The door will beep like an alarm clock if not closed properly. You will be kept up all night with random beeping noises coming from all areas of the property. 0/10 would not recommend

This should not be featured on expedia. Its full of addicts. Its dirty, decrepit, terrible service and much of the utilities in the room are not functional. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Surprised there wasn’t bed bugs
Very very dirty and smelly despite being a “non smoking” room. Half the residents live there part time like a half way home. The carpet was so sticky we couldn’t take out shoes off. They said we could check in at 2:00 but we got there and they wouldn’t let us in our room and when they did there was water everywhere on the floor. Witnessed one of the older longer term resident get sexually harassed by another tenant The one younger front desk attendant was very kind at least.

Staff was rude inconsiderate and not helpful at all. I waited 45 minutes before even being adressed. There were people smoking crack in the parking lot. The rooms are disgusting and the staff will put you in a room that has not been cleaned and has peoples stuff in it still.

We arrived at 11:30pm. The door was locked. I knocked the door several times, no answer. I called, and no answer as well. One of the customers that stay there tried to open the door well, and no answer. She told me that she has tried to come to the office for the past 30 minutes, but the door was locked and no one there. So we left and looked for another hotel.

Worst place to stay in all of Canada. See photos!
How can this business can even be allowed to obtain a business license to operate is beyond belief. The Olympia Motel is literally worse than a crack shack, and this is by no means an exaggeration. The room door can't open/close properly as the hinge is broken off the frame. It can't even close or lock properly. The bathroom mirror was broken and never got fixed, along with blown light bulbs. There is water still dripping from the ceiling and they simply covered it up with a white cloth. You can also see black mold on the ceiling . This is hazardous to humans and they didn't even bother repairing it! There are blood stains on the towel and I doubt it's even washed. Human hair was found on countertops and the toilet seat. I had asked for another room but the front desk person stated they were full, even though the parking lot was nowhere even close to being full. This was by far the worst place and no one should ever have to risk they health and personal safety just to save a few bucks. Go anywhere else in Calgary but here. You have to see the photos as they don't do enough justice

This place was nasty. Went into the room. It smelled like smoke and pot. The bedding was dirty with sweat marks. The plug-in were missing the covers. The walls and doors had holes.

Light in the bathroom was not working and they knew about this since they ran a lamp to the bathroom. Check in and check out took longer than normal
