We had no hot water for several hours and received different explanations from the staff. It did get fixed overnight but we could not take a shower and get ready for a concert we were in town for. Front Desk staff was not willing to extend checkout from 11am to Noon and was supposed to comp valet fee.

The hotel was very nice and had an amazing smell. All the staff were kind and helpful as well as the valet parking. My only complaints are the room could have been cleaned better. Baseboards were dusting as well as carpet, and the shower corners were yellow. It also felt like it took a while for the room to finally cool down the first night I couldn't sleep with the blankets on due to the heat, but the second night was better.
