Bueno pero falta
Esta muy bien el Hotel, pero el servicio es deficiente. En la página dice "casino", pero no aclaran que NO es en el hotel. Está cerca (8km mas o menos) pero NO es en el hotel.

Pillows were thin and lacked any support or body. Walls were also thin, so you could hear any noise from the hallway (like doors to other rooms shutting). A lot of the furniture/fixtures in our room were very worn. Pool and breakfast were great. Staff were great. Charged us a $25 “hold” that we could use for snacks in the lobby (but wouldn’t not charge it to us even though we knew we weren’t buying any snacks) that they said would be refunded after we left. Grounds outside well kept. Was an okay hotel but wouldn’t be hard pressed to go back.

We had an awesome stay! The property was clean, easily accessible, and the staff was super friendly. The gym was clean and organized. The pool and hot tub were very clean. The breakfast was decent and dining area was clean and very nice! Our room was beautiful. They upgraded our room without even asking and without additional charge which was awesome! The only complaint that we had was that the mattress was super firm and not comfortable. But that’s just personal preference! Overall a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

Lady at the front desk had a small attitude. But overall the stay was nice. Hotel was clean, very impressed with the breakfast. I thought it would have just been a muffin. But it was a full wide selection

We stay here about every 3 months. For where we need to go it is a perfect location. Love the breakfast it helps thst we eat before we leave for the day. My granddaughter loves the pool and we enjoy the fire pit and eating outside in the warmer weather. Its oerfect

The hotel and room were lovely. However, housekeeping didn’t replace missing batteries in remote and the conditioner was completely empty in the shower bottle. Little things that show lack of attention to detail.

Check in was easy and the beds were comfortable. The room needed to be dusted, specifically baseboards and the lamp. The floor around the bed didn’t appear to have been vacuumed. There were crumbs or something on the ground.

Overall this place is pretty good for the price. Room is pretty good. It’s not amazing but it’s clean and nice. Staff was super nice and friendly, breakfast has a good bit of options. The main thing is that there was zero hot water, it only ever came out cold. The other thing is that the thermostat wouldn’t change either. What it was set on is what it stayed on. Thankfully it was bearable though.

You can tell the hotel was nice at one point, but our room was particularly beat up and was not completely clean. The breakfast was also lacking - options were limited, food and utensils were not refilled.

Top floor back of property reason given to wait 15 minutes for water to get hot. Third world service. Over years breakfast has fallen to mediocre. Nice location but worth only two star rating though still three star price.

Fantastic on all points
Left the pack last year and stayed at this hotel rather than up the road. Was so pleased with my stay, convinced the rest of our sports group to stay here this year. Only a one-night stay but wish I could stay longer. Room is huge, comfortable and clean. Common areas very nice; would highly recommend in warmer seasona to take advantage of the wonderful outdoor courtyard space. Brkfast very good and fresh cut fruit and berries and real treat. The area is an upscale business complex with a few restaurants and shops right across the street. Is all walkable. Great area to go for a run. Very safe and on weekends, extremely quiet. Easy access to freeway but atop a hill so absolutely no hwy noise.
