My wife and I spent a week at this house, we love the area and this house is in a great location. There is a lot to do within walking distance, with a bicycle (I rented an E-bike) you've got easy no-car access to everything from Del Mar to Leucadia. We only used the upstairs but found the home had everything we needed. If you're a fan of "The Endless Summer" (I am) then you'll definitely dig the decor. Our host Trevor was communicative, we had no issues but I'm sure he would have resoved them promptly.

This home was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, and comfy. Decided to stay "up north" while visiting our daughter for graduation. Usually stay in PB, but what a beautiful upgrade. Sat on beaches watching surfers, cute town to explore,(shoutout to VG bakery...awesome!) easy and close proximity to highway,entrance for our many trips back down to other San Diego towns, comfy beds, numerous restaurants and shops nearby, excellent communication from owners, just perfect getaway!! Parking in back alley was so wonderful to have. They had all the beach equipment/towels which we did not get to use, but nice to know it's there. Two minor notes: Grill ignitor was broken and the dark hardwood floors made us not bring the puppies out of respect for the property owners, but really not a big deal. We worked it out. Thanks for a wonderful stay...hope to be back soon!

The house was very comfortable for 3 generations. We had short walks to the beach, parks and local shops. Downtown Encinitas is a longer walk or short drive for expanded shops, beaches and restaurants. San Diego through Anaheim are 20-40 minutes away. The management was hospitable, responsive and had most needs on hand. Would stay again if in area.

We’ve stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and a lot in this area, this one is by far the best so far. The house had everything we needed. It’s in a great area with so many things near bye that we could walk to. We walked through the lagoon preserve area, walked to the beach, walked to several of our favorite restaurants, and to the market several times. There’s an incredible park one street over. I can’t say enough about this place and about our great host.

We loved everything about our stay, The house is so beautiful. We didn’t want to leave. Our grandchildren loved it. We ate in quite a bit and spent time at the beach every day, beach chairs were great. Try a paradise, I would stay here again, my in law and grandbaby just live up the road on Birmingham. Excellent neighhood and lots of time spent walking the beautiful area!

We came to get away from the dreary January of Kansas. We were able to work while sitting at the table with palm leaves and sunshine in the background. We found everything we needed. We walked to the beach every day and watched the surfers with the other beach walkers. We walked to Encinitas a couple of times- we loved it- live music, ice cream and a great hamburger at The Roxy. We were in walking distance to a local upscale market, pizza, bakery, fish shop and a thrift shop

There were 7 of us including my 11 mos old granddaughter. Fantastic for us and everything for the little one. Wonderful area and beautiful property! Kudos to the fellas trimming the palms out front for not using the blower and sweeper instead while my granddaughter was napping! Would love to stay there again.

This house was perfect! It lead to us falling in Love with Cardiff! The location is everything! You can walk to the beach, to hiking trails, and all of the restaurants and shops as well. The house is beautiful and has the best beach vibe. The AC is so nice to have these days. It was well stocked and Trevor (the host) was extremely communicative and very accommodating when needs were presented last minute. Super comfy bed too! We look forward to coming back!

Three friends reunited for a visit and loved staying in this house. It’s in a great location-can walk to beach, restaurants and a market. Clean, roomy, and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Location is central to exploring San Diego county coast. Would stay here again!

My mother, kids and I had a wonderful stay. The condo is bright, clean and in a great location. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, grocery store and a beautiful park. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were extremely comfortable. With the condo being 3 stories, my 75 year old mother had a little bit of a hard time with the stairs as her bedroom was on the bottom floor. However, the main living area is on the main floor, so it wasn't much of a problem for her, only having to use them in the morning and night. The stairs don't take away from the greatness of the condo and we'd definitely stay there again.
