“Spacious property with beautiful views of the beach. Security entrance staff was warm and welcoming. The unit has all the amenities and comforts of home- pots, pans, dishes, cooking oil, dryer/washer and was pleasantly surprised they had a high chair for our 3 yr old. Comfy beds. The beach access is as awesome. Unfortunately the waves are pretty strong and I wouldn’t recommend a swim or having children to near the shore. “This condo was as described, communication with the property manager was prompt and check in was so easy. The location was excellent for walking to shops, restaurants and the beach. (Walking to/from the beach may be a challenge for those with mobility issues as it is a rather steep hill however there is parking at the end of Ocean.) The garage around the corner was convenient. Our rental was a Jeep 4x4 and we had no problems. It is a small space so allowing passengers out of the car before...

“Everything was great with this house had plenty of Kitchen ware and very well organized, provided certain things that everyone needs when they travel. We booked this house due to its location as we were taking in the sites from Santa Cruz down to Big Sur this place was right in the middle. even though the weather was not the best we were still able to do everything we wanted including walking on the beach in the mornings. Would recommend this house to everyone and maybe someday we can come back....

“Exceptional location. A lot of daily traffic from 6am to 11pm. Kitchen has most everything you need. Carport parking was beneficial. Lots of stairs from carport to house and inside house from living area to bedrooms. No patio on balcony of your own to sit and enjoy ocean views. Property manager is friendly and incredibly responsive.”

“Very nice property that had very nice finishes. View from main floor was lovely, but the view from the second floor master was awe inspiring. Very quiet, close to the beach and beach walk. Well supplied with everything we needed. Loved hearing the surf as we fell asleep. Kids and grandkids absolutely loved the pool because it was so warm. Close to attractions and shopping. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area.”

“I'm enjoying my long stay in the condo with a view of the ocean. pretty quiet and close drive to the clinics in which I work. close to walking/biking path, the wharf, aquarium, Monterey sports center, Starbucks, captain stoker's and dust bowl brewery. All walkable - approximately a mile or less, except the aquarium might be 2 miles. great location.”

“We stayed at the condo for over 8 weeks in the winter. It is located in a forest so it's very quiet and peaceful. The unit was clean with a well appointed kitchen. There was an initial supply of the essentials upon check in and the kitchen has a good supply of cooking utensils. Beds were comfortable and towels were plush. It is a very quiet building and the neighbors are friendly. It is very hilly so you need to be able to be somewhat fit if you want to go for a walk in the neighborhood or...

“My husband and I rented this apartment for seven weeks during the months of January, February and March. This was an exciting place to stay because of the easy walking access to the Monterey Aquarium, Cannery Row, and Fisherman’s Wharf. Also, a very nice grocery story a block away. GREAT LOCATION! The apartment was compact but perfect for the two of us. We even had grandchildren over on the weekends and were furnished a blowup bed & sheet set from the rental agency. It has a nice gas range,...
