Great Vacation spot at Carolina Beach!!!

Property exceeded expectations; we enjoyed the rooftop pool table and the proximity to public beach access. I would highly recommend.

Beautiful property!

We had a great stay here! It was beautiful, clean and convenient to the beach. The bathrooms and kitchen were all stocked with the basics and the beach gear was very convenient. Check in was seamless, property manager was kind when I called with a question the day before our trip. The only thing was we showed up to check in about 15 minutes after check in time on a time crunch and the cleaners still had 15-20 minutes left of cleaning. No biggie, but did delay our evening some because early check in was expensive so we were hoping to be there right at 4. Thanks for letting us stay!!

Clean, Modern, Comfortable House in a Perfect Location

The house was exactly as described. It was very clean, the furniture was new and comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we could have wanted. We ate most of our meals out, but had we wanted to cook a big dinner in, we could have easily done so in the kitchen. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating. The location was perfect if you're looking to spend time at the beach - it took us about 2 minutes to reach the sand! And the house has plenty of beach chairs so we didn't need to pack our own.We loved spending time on the rooftop deck - a great place to relax after a day at the beach! We enjoyed playing pool, relaxing by the fire, and listening to the ocean. This house really felt comfortable for our family of 4, and we really felt at home. We're all looking forward to staying again the next time we visit Carolina Beach!

Great Stay!!

Property manager was friendly, the house was perfect, very clean, great location, so close to the beach! If you like to cook like me, you’ll be very pleased because the house had everything and more!! We couldn’t be happier we stayed here! Would highly recommend!

Thanksgiving Family Trip 2024

"We had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend at this beautiful rental in Carolina Beach! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to local shops and restaurants. The house was incredibly spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the living room area and the fully stocked kitchen, which made cooking our Thanksgiving meal a breeze. The property company was very responsive and helpful, making the entire process easy and enjoyable. We highly recommend this rental for anyone looking to relax and enjoy Carolina Beach!"

Great carolina beach house for LDW

A group of 10 friends stayed for LDW. House was as advertised, clean, and very spacious/nice. Short walk to the beach, easy to get in to town, and can even take a golf cart if you prefer.

Perfect beach house!

The pictures do not do this house justice! Perfect set up to enjoy the beach with a family and teenagers. Easy walk to the beach. The fourth floor rooftop bar was an awesome place to hang out and relax. Beautiful kitchen to cook for a family or enjoy takeout. Bedrooms were comfortable and well appointed to provide bedspace for multiple guest. The extras like beach chairs, and wonderful outdoor shower definitely landed this place a five star review.

Beautiful property in a Great location

The house is very nice and will accommodate 10 people. The house next door is the same house so if you a large group you can rent both! The upper deck is lovely with a wet bar. Bathrooms on all 4 levels. Lots of stairs but the elevator is there for those who need it. This is a quiet street with lots of rentals and locals.

Spectacular Family Vacation

This house was stunning! Fantastic and thoughtfully designed. There was not a single thing that we wanted for, they thought of everything. We loved the rooftop and the quick walk to the beach. The gourmet kitchen was a dream to cook in while the large table catered to our family meals. I would stay here 1000x over and hope to make it an annual tradition.

We were so pleased with our stay. The home is beautiful and very well appointed. The kitchen is state of the art, I'm only sad we were there only 3 nights. The rooftop area is SO wonderful. suggestion for the homeowner: since there is a full shower on the roof closed area, it would be nice if there were a sofa bed or daybed. We loved spending time on the roof! We will be back.

Beautiful and Clean

This is a great house for a Carolina Beach stay. The short walk to the beach is easy. The space is comfortable and well laid out. The kitchen had everything we needed as did the rest of the house... there were plenty of cozy blankets to curl up on the couch with. Beach chairs, towels, and a wagon were provided along with a shovel and bucket for sand fun. My kids had a great time playing ping pong and pool on the roof deck. The management company was responsive when we needed their help. We came off season, so not everything was open in town. We missed a trip to Britt's Donuts, but thoroughly enjoyed breakfast at Granny's Kitchen. Treat yourself to a sunset cocktail or dinner out at the Tiki Bar at Ocean Grill as it was a highlight. Be sure to check out The Veggie Wagon as well! It was a great week!

Clean, gorgeous and comfortable new property at a convenient location.

The property itself was spacious, extremely clean, and very comfortable to stay in. The place never felt cramped and it was a convenient distance away from the beach. The kitchen and top floor were especially excellently appointed and fun places to cook and hang out. It is a definitely a place we would go to again. Our only complaints were: - For 4 people, the amount of toilet paper provided was not really generous (There is a grocery store a few minutes drive down the road though) - The hot water was unpredictable, and some people had to take cold showers sometimes (okay in the middle of summer, but wouldn't be fine during colder months!) - The ground floor bedroom was large and comfortable, but there was a bad smell coming from the toilet that made the bathroom always smell bad. Other restrooms on higher floors didn't have this issue, so this may just be due to older plumbing for the area. - The fireplace on the patio ran out of propane on the first night! It was only on for about an hour, and then we weren't able to use it for the remainder of the stay. - There were no issues at all for booking and getting the door passcode and it seemed smooth and automated. However since it is a management company, they aren't as responsive to requests so keep that in mind if you're trying to make a special request such as checking in early by an hour.

Fantastic home

Beautiful place. First clash interior, fantastic furniture, top notch technology and a view of the ocean. Walk to the beach is 2 minutes tops with easy access. Easy, convenient parking. The place is 4 stories with a bedroom/suite on the bottom floor, 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, kitchen and living room on 3rd floor and a beautiful bar and outdoor patio on the 4th with views of the beach and fireworks. Outdoor shower helps keep you and the house clean. We would absolutely go back.

Very nice Property

We really enjoyed the condo. It was 3 floors, so there were lots of stairs, but it did have an elevator. 1st floor was kinda of Mother-in-Law suit. 2nd was bedrooms, 3rd was kitchen and living.top floor was walk out deck, inside was a very nice cocktail area.Close to the beach for the kids.Only issue we had was setting the temp control was a little tricky. 1st couple of nights it was really "cold" in the downstairs bedroom. Once we figured it outfall worked as it should. Great Electronics TV in most every room. Very new rental.

Beautiful place

Very Nice, very clean lots of room. Didn’t have to bring much, provided nice beach chairs , beach towels for everyone. Well decorated. Would love to stay again. Highly recommend. .
