Our room was very clean & appeared to have been remodeled recently. Although a bit on the small side, the accommodations were comfortable & the staff very helpful. Breakfast was included & the location - near Uffizi - was ideal for walking to many dining options & areas of historical interest.

Very nice hotel. It has the best rooftop view of Florence, we enjoyed going up to the Empire rooftop bar for drinks while enjoying the sunset. Staff is excellent and rooms are clean and comfortable

This was the best hotel we stayed at during our Italy trip! Everything from check in to check out was fantastic. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area - they provided a very detailed, lengthy list of recommended restaurants and even called to make reservations for us!
We were surprised with an upgraded room with a river view and it could not have been any nicer. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
