Empfehlenswertes Hotel
Sehr gepflegtes Hotel im Zentrum von Platja dÁro. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber gut ausgestattet (nur der Bademantel fehlt). Sehr schöner Pool- und Lobbybereich, kostenfreie öffentliche Parkplätze in der Nähe, umfangreiches und leckeres Frühstücksbuffet, allerdings gibt es zum Frühstück keine Sitzgelegenheit im Freien. Das Hotelpersonal ist höflich und wir fühlten uns im Silkenhotel wohl.

Een mooi nieuw hotel centraal gelegen dichtbij strand en winkels/restaurants. Heerlijk ontbijt . Lekkere regen douche. De airco is centraal geregeld als het niet werkt bij de receptie melden en hij doet het weer. Mooie kamer met heerlijk terras, niet groot maar je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Prima kamer, echter airco werkte niet. Top service van receptie medewerkers, die er alles aan deden om ons het verblijf, ondanks niet werkende airco, prettig te laten verlopen. Verder goed advies mbt pakeren in omgeving.

Fabulous modern hotel with lovely staff
Had a lovely stay at Silken Hotel. Beautiful hotel, and spotlessly clean throughout. Pool area was very nice and chilled. Had a ongoing issue with the air conditioning in our room which the lovely front desk staff were really helpful and patient with. We eventually asked to change rooms and were moved without any fuss whatsoever. Breakfast was good, plenty of selection. 5 minute walk to the beach, the pool area was so nice we never wanted to go to the beach. Loads of nice restaurants and bars very near by. Worth paying a bit extra for a pool view room. Would recommend this hotel in a flash. The staff are a credit to it.

Amazing location, Platja D'Aro is a fantastic town, great restaurants and facilities, the Hotel is right in the middle of it all but very quite. Highly recommend

Hotel comodo sia per posizione che per le stanze
Hotel nuovo con staff cortese e sempre a disposizione. Ottima posizione a 5minuti dal mare con negozi e ristoranti vicini e una farmacia aperta 24h oltre la strada Le camere sono comode e silenziose e il condizionatore centralizzato funziona bene. Piscina piccola ma tranquilla e se serve con 10 euro di deposito l’hotel fornisce gli asciugamani per la piscina.

Séjour au top
Séjour de 4 jours au top! Hôtel neuf avec un super personnel mention spéciale aux personnes qui s’occuper du petit dej ! Chambre propre et bien agencé , avec tte un petit balcon où un extérieur . Je recommandes à 100%! Je recommandes Hyper bien placé dans le centre avec à proximité des places de parking gratuites .

Fint hotell med lite ojämn service
Hotellet är mycket fint och ligger bra i PdA! Modernt, smakfullt inredda rum, fina gemensamma utrymmen och härligt poolområde. Service i reception och runt poolen är dock ojämn. Ibland mycket serviceminded, andra dagar (annan personal) saknar man både servicekänsla, leenden och trevligt bemötande. Frukosten är mycket bra, men maten i poolrestaurangen är tråkig. Vi rekommenderar hotellet och kommer gärna tillbaka, men servicen måste hålla en jämnare hög nivå.

From the moment you walk through the glass doors and breathe in the new fresh aroma of this 4 star retreat, you are in relaxed mode with a capital R. This hotel is a class act and due to the number of rooms it also has an intimate feel as during June there were only a shall number sharing the bar and pool area. I would recommend holiday makers spend more on the poolside rooms available as our one regret was not doing this. The towels should be left in situ however as there is no need to change them every day even when we left them on the hooks but this is the only bit of advice we could provide as everything was PERFECT! We hope to be back in October and we wish the hotel every success as they embark on their new venture!!!!
