Smelly Room and denied the suite I booked.
Booked king size suite and got a small double decker room with AC upstairs only and the Tv was above your headboard. The room smelled horrible and they would not honor the king size suite that was booked. Said it wasn’t available even though I paid and booked it online. They said if I don’t want the room they are giving me that I could leave. Will never and I urge you not to book here ever also.

They scammed alot of people online.They accept the online booking and charged you but they dont give you the service that u paid for.

We sincerely apologize for this. Due to the effects of super typhoon, we don’t have internet connection and limited power supply, we were not able to manage online bookings. We’ll work with Expedia for your refund.

Unhygienic and full of roaches.
Horrible and disgusting place roaches all over the place including the refrigerator. Once we brought the issue to the management didn’t really care. Definitely will not recommend this place for anyone.

Bugs ang small roaches everywhere.small roaches inside fridge.my daughter got a bug bite near the eye while sleeping in bed during the night that causes around the eye res and swollen.room very small for the price.

飯店在熱鬧安全的區域，二樓有spa,按摩一小時250P,隔壁有Jolibee，凌晨三點退房可讓我們早餐帶走（行前就有email告知飯店，當天入住有在提醒一次，提供麥當勞早餐一間房兩份無飲料還可以）缺點：wifi不穩，時好時壞，房間在四樓，電梯壞掉，需要爬樓梯！房間沒放瓶裝水！

Needs Renovation.
The worst place I ever stayed. The elevator is broken, housekeeper do not make our beds, the bed squeak every you move.

ショッピングモール、日本食レストラン、市内観光に、TAXI、GRAB CAR共に100ペソ程度で行け、立地は良い。室内、ホテル内設備は、メンテナンスが行き届いていないところが若干見受けられる。例えば、エレベーターのボタンが破損したままになっている。
