Air conditioner needed to be clean the bed is just a memory foam under plywood dishes were okay knives we're not sharp very dull the electric fan for the cook and utensil did not work

This was the most disgusting place l have ever stayed in . No hot water to take a shower. Black mold all over the shower walls. Bugs and cockroaches in unit. I will never rent there again.

False Advertising. I arrived in the unit and met with less than bare minimum accommodation. The toilet seat was missing, there was no towels and toiletries in the unit and no drinking water—these were stated on the listing as free and included when booked. I have to call for the care taker to ask for the said items. I was given the saddest towels and a sachet of shampoo, no soap and no drinking water as well and I was told I have to get it myself. The unit was almost bare, no conduction stove as seen on the picture advertised and the linens were mismatched. I actually booked for another night since although lacking, the space was livable. I was out in the city most of the time. Basically, the unit was just a place to sleep in. If you are looking forward to enjoy the stay, it will fail you miserably. When I was checking out in the lobby, I overheard two foreigners having the same issue. They were asking assistance from the front desk since they arrived with no towels and no toiletries in there room as well. I mean, come on, is this the standard of the accommodations here in this place?

It was just terrible. They lost my reservation. The man on the desk when I arrived. Did not have a clue on what was going on. He did not get any help from his manager. I had to pay for two nights. The only time he was helpful is when I said I was going to another place to stay. I did not stay because the room was occupied by bugs.

総評としては★1。1泊$400くらいだったので期待して連泊したが、メンテナンスされていない部屋だったため非常に最悪でした（部屋番号：M10） ■良い点 　１。立地 　２。部屋でWiFiが繋がる 　３。プールとジムが併設されている ■悪い点 　１。部屋に大量の虫がいる（大量の蟻） 　　・大量の蟻、小蝿、蜘蛛 　２。部屋が非常に臭い 　　・キッチン下の収納扉を開くと大量の虫が生息しており、激臭を放っている。電子レンジを開けると激臭がする。 　３。シャワーが壊れている 　　・シャワーから少量の水が垂れるだけ（シャワーヘッドが壊れている。機械が壊れており、暖かい水は出ないで少量の冷水のみ）、部屋の臭い匂いが宿泊していると服等に染み付く。 　４。チェックインした時の担当者に口頭で、ベットメイキングとタオルの補充を依頼したが、結局一度もされることはなかった。 　５。デポジットを要求され支払った。デポジットの支払い証明書類をくれるように何度も依頼したが、結局持ってこなかった。（毎回、準備できたら持っていくという回答のみ） 　６。部屋が全体的に汚い 　７。お腹を壊して体調を崩した（テーブルの上に置いた食べ物を数時間放置して、暗い真夜中に食べたら多くの蟻がついていたようで、翌朝に腹痛や下痢になった）

Pleasant experience
My stay at Horizons 101 was overall a pleasant experience. The only sad thing about it was the bathroom. Not only it was too small. But also, the shower was not working properly. It was difficult to use the shower, splashing water all over the place.

The place was clean and WiFi connection was great didn’t have any issues at all with it. The bed mattress was ok and could have been better. The shower door was missing so water got on the floor. Just be careful stepping out.

The studio I had is not the one showing on the photos in the website. So, I payed for something I didn’t have. No sofa or carpet as in the photo. And the dishes was disgusting. No TV Chanel available. And I had to call someone about the WiFi because no information in the condo about the name of the WiFi and the password. I felt like being scam. The building is nice though but it’s 52 levels so when you have to get an elevator going down or up sometimes you can wait 10 minutes. People are lining at the lobby waiting for elevator.

Toilet seat was broken...sink tap was broken..not clean...no top sheet..until i asked....not enough cooking utensils...whrn i tried to cook..smoke alarm went off ..and when i asked about extending owner asked for cash..more .more than what the wot if price was. Very greedy and untrustworthy owner.

The Bedsheet was not changed with fresh one. it was dirty and a lot of hair still on the sheet. it was obviously being used bu the previous guest.

Second times a charm and the hostess is charming
Riza is an exceptional landlord. If you read my other review, forget it because Riza has a heart of gold and I believe the mistakes that were made originally had more to do with her staff being negligent, but once I got to know her she’s a friend and didn’t deserve such harsh criticism. I’ve never changed a review, but fair is fair and I recommend her highly!!

Not what I have booked
Studio which I have booked wasn't available so they gave me another one in the same building. Problem is that it was missing a lot of things from description like microwave, ironing board etc. Also there was a lot of small flies in the room ( I have stayed before in the same building at this wasn't the case )

Unable to check in left homeless
Host never answered the call so from 2am till 7am i stayed on the street with my luggage. Never got to check in. Host number is wrong its not +6363 its just +63 once. Hotels.com dont check and verify contact numbers. I called 150 times over 5 hours trying to check in and the host never answer. Building security also call and the host never answer. The instructions say call 2 days before check in but the room was advertised on the day i booked so impossible to call the day before i book. Host needs to setup 2 day booking period with hotels.com so his room is not advertised unless they can check in guests on the day of booking. I couldnt find another room so ended up homeless with all my luggage on the street till 7am i found a room at 8am and had 1 hour sleep before my tour started at 9am when i checked out. Spent 3 hours and 10 calls to hotels.com trying to book another room they would not pay for cause it was too expensive so i had to just stay on the street all night. Worst holiday ever on record.
