Tsai hotel was beautiful 6 years ago. It’s need updating on the paint and toilet. There was no refrigerator or TV in the room.

The Pictures are completely misleading. Maintenance is terrible; as an example: Aircon has no remote and canot be adjusted. There are no blankets or quilts available at all. The airconditioner is kept on Max Cold, so you can either shut it off and stop all airflow or leave it ON and freeze. Plumbing is inadequate; the shower is a trickle and the hot water barely works and is cold. The linen is threadbare. I could go on and on, but siffice it to let my actions speak for me as follows: I was booked for 4 nights. I stayed 1 night and checked out into another hotel.

Hi Anil! As a 2 star hotel, we apologize if we didn’t meet your expectations. But we all know that our team immediately came to you when you complained that everything in your room wasn’t working. First of all the AC can be adjusted just when our housekeeping team informed you that there is a an option or switches in numbers for max medium and low for the AC. It is surprising for all kinds of AC units to be equipped with such options as you’ve mentioned. Blankets were available and we offered to give you more to make you for your comfort but you’ve rejected our assistance and offers. Leaving us handicapped to provide you a better and comfortable service. Our maintenance team and housekeeping team assisted you immediately. We are just baffled what made them “terrible”.

Poor internet was an issue. Need to check their drainage system. I booked a room for some friends. They told me the drainage was clogged up as they showered it would fill up with water.

ホテルは大通りより少し入ったところに位置しているので静かです。 フロントは日本語が通じないですが、私の片言の英語でもちゃんと聞いてくれました。 室内はほぼ写真の通りで、洗面台・トイレ・シャワーが同室です。 シャワーの水量はとても少ないです。 クローゼット内にセーフティーボックスはありましたが使用していません。 ドライヤーはありません。日本とは電圧が違うので持って行かず、フロントで借りることができるかは不明です。 テレビはカートゥーンネットワークを見ていました。 ベッドではぐっすり寝ることができました。 近場のJYクスエアのスーパー、セブンイレブンで買い物できます。 少し遠くはITパークまでなら20分ぐらいで歩けます。 あと、ジプニーは8ペソでとても安いので、アヤラセンターぐらいまでならジプニーで。 セブシティの平日はとても渋滞しているので少し遠い目的地まで定額制のグラブタクシーがおすすめです。 建物から一歩出ると、タクシー、バイクタクシーはすぐにクラクション、声をかけて来ます。 オスロブのジンベイザメウォッチングは、気の合いそうな運転手を見つけて、価格交渉、朝3時半から夜8時ぐらいまでタクシーを1日チャーターし、あちこち行ってもらうことを依頼。 タクシー運転手はタフです。長時間運転に感謝です。 観光地では頼んでもいない自称ガイドが結局のところチップ狙いで寄って来ます。

Very good hotel with good price
Nice staff, nice location and easy to move around by jeepney or taxi. Many restaurants around and walking distance to Cebu IT park and just a short jeepney ride to Ayala or SM malls.

Great rooms at convenient location
Wonderful, clean rooms and the establishment is conveniently located with easy access to dining and shopping establishments. Perhaps the only problem is that I don't feel safe with the terrace door. It's the kind of door with a lock that's easily damaged, and thus, I cannot lock it. Room 510. Also, my minifridge is not turned on and I don't know how it should be turned on or if it'll be an additional payment if I turn it on. Moreover, I'm not sure if the three bottled waters are free (as it is listed in the hotel description here in hotels-dot-com) because on the fridge,there's a sign that bottled water costs 30pesos. On the plus side, great wifi and view (at the back of hotel), and great room amenities for work/freelance related stuff e.g. desks, power outlets, etc
