Hermoso viaje
Hermoso hotel clásico en una ubicación excepcional, excelente el personal, la cama se hundía un poco pero todo muy cómodo. El detalle es el olor intenso a comida en todo el hotel

Lindo lugar para estar un dia pero el hotel es un poco viejo y el estacionamiento queda muy lejos por lo que es muy incomodo llegar con el equipaje Habia opciones mejores

Ubicación privilegiada en un mágico lugar.
Cesky Krumlov es una ciudad medieval pequeña y la más linda que conocí. Llena de historia, vistas increíbles, cantinas medievales y excelente cerveza. La ubicación privilegiada del hotel permitió tener un paisaje bucólico y antiguo desde el despertar hasta el anochecer ,un verdadero disfrute para el alma.

Great place to stay would highly recommend, great location to all the sites. Parking nearby is difficult but this applies to all hotels in the city due to the way the city is built

古いホテルかと思いますがきっちりメンテされているよう感じました。ひょっとしてエレベーターないかも？　と思ってましたが有りました。ホテルのレセプションは入って左側、すぐわかりました。すぐ前の橋が掛替工事中で、通行止めになってました。

Ein sehr gut gelegenes Hotel mit äußerst freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und fast schon königlich - und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und lecker. Definitiv eine Empfehlung dieses Hotel!

It was a fantastic stay with everything within the reach! Great views of the river and the castle with the city centre a few minutes away. We stayed over Christmas- staff was supportive, helpful and very friendly. Jana at the front desk was very very helpful and nice! We will recommend this hotel strongly and hope to come back again! Flawless and superb!

The property is situated in a wonderful location beside the river with a view of the castle and close to attractions and shopping. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent.

Excellent location! Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. Our only issue was with the Expedia amenities description where it stated in two places there are “laundry facilities” and “laundry service” is also listed separately. They do not have self-service laundry facilities and they said their laundry service was not available on weekends. We were on a long trip and we were really counting on the laundry facilities and that was a major factor for why we chose this hotel. Parking is quite far away in a public lot—we were capable, but some people might not be able to haul their luggage that far. I recommend calling ahead for parking instructions. The location is the best—everything is walkable from here. We got some great photos of the castle from our room.

Great location at the center of the down. Easy walk to major attractions. The room is clean. Free breakfast. All are excellent! If you drive by yourself, note that you need park outside the town and walk into the property (about 10 minutes walk)

Beautiful room on the fourth floor. It had a separate entrance area with a door on the left to a large bathroom, the door to the right had the bedroom area. This area not only had a comfortable bed but a couch with coffee table as well as another table with two chairs. It is set on the corner so two windows with views of the castle and the river. Just lovely. The breakfast buffet also had a lovely spread.

체크인 시 데스크 여직원의 불친절때문에 기분이 상했습니다. HOTEL.COM 으로 예약했다는데도 자기네는 받은 것이 없고 Expedia 에서 예약이 되어있는데 예약전호를 대라고 해서 호텔닷컴 예약전호를 알려주엇다니 그건 아니라고 저한테 따지는 겁니다. 가만히 보니 들고 있는 서류에 제 이름이 있길래 거기 내 이름 있다하니 자기네는 호텔닷컴에서 받은 것이 없다는 일장연설을 듣고서야 호텔키를 받을 수 있었습니다. 아무리 관광지 때가 묻은 곳이라도 친절을 바란 것은 아닙니다만 아이들도 뒤에서 보고 있는데 참 민망했습니다. 다시는 가고 싶지 않습니다
