Family Reunion
Agree with all of the reviews that it was a lovely home, great pool area, very spacious with loads of fun things for our family of 13, ages 3-72. But the little details that needed attention were lacking. We were pleased that the management responded to all of our concerns and sent staff to take care of repairs and pool issues. There are just lots of little things that are run down and could be so easily updated to make it the luxury home it was meant to be. We did let the know what we thought could use updating. Our family would go back here I the future.

We had a great stay. The house is exactly is as listed. Very nice area. Close to Disney. A few cons. 1. We were supposed to check in at 5pm and the cleaning crew did not get done until 5:43 pm. 2. The door to the pool had a handle broken when we got there. Everything else was perfect

Great Stay
The house was amazing and the rental company was so responsive. We had a great experience. House is well stocked. There are some little things that don’t work properly-like toilets that take a while to fill-but none of it takes away from the experience. Watch out for the rent-a-cops that run the neighborhood. They can be obnoxious. Overall, a great experience and I highly recommend it.

We had a great week. The neighbor called in a noise complaint when 5 of us were sitting in hitting talking. He then blasted his music and was cussing us out. We will not stay here again because of the neighbors. The house is so nice

Nice house w/ lots of small problems
Pros : The property is beautiful, and the location is a perfect distance from Disney. Cons : There are an overwhelming amount of small issues that add up to annoying problems: The hot tub jets only work occasionally, the ice maker doesn’t work at all , the oven doesn’t heat up properly, the movie room projector shuts off after 15 minutes of running, two of the video games in the game room do not work properly. These are all very easy repairs, and for the prices being charged should be fixed immediately by ownership. We did enjoy our time here , but details matter !

Not as nice as I’d have liked
House was spacious and clean. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Really comfortable setting, the kids loved the playroom and the theater was so nice and comfortable. Our biggest issue was that it wasn’t well maintained. Shower heads were half clogged, the microwave doesn’t work. The outdoor kitchen didn’t work and it was a fire hazard with the grease not having been cleaned in, God knows how long. There were not enough glasses and cookware and the ones that were there were so cheap and mismatched. Also we ran out of detergent and other basic things that should have supplied for being such a large home. So overall good, but needs some attention!

Great House
Vacationed here back in late October 2022. House was fantastic. Clean, great bedrooms, lots of space and the pool was fabulous. Had a couple small minor issues with the mini fridge by the movie room not working but that’s it.

Nice space.
Could use some updating and more towels, platters and new kitchen appliances. Dishwashers need replacing. Upper oven needs repair. Ice maker doesn’t work. Broken toilet seat in pool bath. Door lock was bent and needed repair.

Great base for a big family trip to Disney
Our family had a wonderful time staying at this home - there were 16 of us ranging from small children to grandparents, and everyone was very pleased with the house. We would definitely recommend this to any large group looking for a relaxing home base while visiting the parks!

Our family of 15 checked out last Thursday and we had plenty of space to relax and all enjoyed the beautiful home. The beds were so comfortable! We had some issues and they quickly addressed it. The pool was warm and comfortable. Glad we requested the pool/spa heat. Will definitely rent again if we go to the area again. One thing that can help is labels for all the various switches I've seen in other rental homes. Neighborhood is huge and gorgeous. There are plenty of construction around but didn't interfere with our stay. Highly recommended!!!

Family memories
There a few things that were not working properly . I sent email but no one came to fix the problem. We enjoyed our stay but had to make due with the issues. Our priority was spending time with the kids and grandkids. They could do a little better on the up keep for the price.

Our stay was overall very nice. We had a few problems when we first arrived. One of the toilets upstairs was covered in crap on the inside which was not pleasant at all and some beer cans were left over in the game room. Besides that it was a lovely stay! The pool is amazing and bed were extremely comfortable.

Beautiful Escape!
House was gorgeous! Was nice to be close to Disney but not surrounded by it! The house provided a gorgeous place to unwind. The host was super prompt in answering any questions. Community was really nice as well, we dined at several of the restaurants on property, all of which were amazing! Would definitely return!

This property provided a place for everyone of all ages. . . from the hot tub, movie room, pool table room, arcade, outdoor kitchen and fireplace, hot tub and pool. . . to the Reunion golf course and fabulous water park. The house was in tip top shape and it provided a wonderful space for our family reunion!

Beautiful home. Perfect for our family gathering. We’ve stayed in many homes, this was the best!
The bedrooms were very comfortable. Each bedroom had a well-equipped private bathroom - similar to a 5-Star resort. The pool/spa is amazing. We will definitely stay in this home again. One suggestion - a walkthrough of the property during check-in would be helpful. Particularly how to use the TV’s and appliances. The property manager, David, was very courteous and replied to all our requests. Thank you!

Beautiful house that needs some love
We stayed at this property for the week of spring break. Our entire party consisted of 22 people (including children, teens and adults). First, the house is massive and beautiful. We all had space and the backyard pool is amazing. Upon closer inspection, the house needs some work. The fridge leaked consistently a puddle of water every day. One of the ensuite toilets never flushed properly which was frustrating for the couple in that room since the other toilets were ensuites for the other rooms. The kitchen faucet leaked consistently. Although communication was very good with the property manager, none of those issues were fixed despite someone coming to look at them. The movie room was great in size but the chairs need to be replaced. The leather had been worn off, there were rips in them and the covers on top came off as soon as you moved the seat up or down. The shower handle in my mothers room had been broken off and was difficult to turn on. The screen door had a massive tear in it, so that just sat by the side of the door outside. The microwave was broken and a replacement was delivered. All in all, the house is beautiful. It accommodated a large party and the pool area is fantastic. I think a little refresh on some things could have made it perfect.

Great week!
This house was a great place for our family and grandchildren to go for spring break! We had more than enough space and even though it was the beginning of staying at home we still had enough to do! The appliances might need updating but the owner was accommodating with getting us what we needed! We enjoyed the movie theater once we figured out how to use it and lots of time at the pool! I would stay here again!

Our group (11 adults, 8 kids) had a great week. So many houses of this size somehow do not have enough table space for all the people in the house, but this house has a nice, large kitchen and dining space for everyone. We have nothing but good things to say about the house!

I have stayed at many home rentals over the years and this house is by far the best! Every picture they have of the house is exactly what we got. We were in town for relaxation and we could have stayed at the house and never left. I had a small issue come up at check-in and it was addressed promptly. If i am ever in Orlando again I would choose to stay here again.

Aside from the size of the home and its overall great condition, it was David who made the experience a great one. His quick, thoughtful help in taking care of our group was the deciding factor in this vacation being a spectacular one. While we spent most of our days at various theme parks, it was always relaxing to come back to a clean, extremely spacious and well-outfitted home in the Reunion development. The pool was a perfect social spot, along with a very open, conversational kitchen design. The beds were outfitted nicely with pillowtop mattresses and high thread-count sheets. Bath products were plentiful. The trio of AC units had no problem keeping up with the hot, humid Florida weather. Best of all, the home was spotlessly clean. I was pleased and impressed. Thank you David for your personal help and kind demeanor. We look very much forward to renting with your company again in the near future.

Wonderful time!
My group of friends traveled to Orlando for an extended weekend getaway. We absolutely loved this house! The owner was attentive and helpful not only leading up to our arrival, but also throughout our time in the home. The photos are very accurate, as this home is new, comfortable, and exquisitely furnished. The pool was clean and easy to operate, the grill was on point, kitchen and dining well equipped, bedrooms comfy, bathrooms clean (bring your own TP!), lots of space to spread out. We will definitely be back!

House is greater and bigger than the pictures show.
Super clean and super confortable. We were 18 and had enough space for everyone. The owner is super responsive when we needed to contact him or required assistance. I would recommand it for any big family. Only one thing could be improved: provide more basic products such as soap, dishwashing soaps, cloths, toilet paper etc to avoid having to run to the store on the first day. The rest is simply perfect!!!

Beautiful house but things don’t work
Our family selected this house for our Thanksgiving Dinner celebration. The gas stove did not work, owner shut the gas off from it to prevent any accidents. The outdoor Hot Tub did not work, water will only go up to 84 degrees. Owner was very cooperative on fixing it. Both Air Hockey tables did not work, owner said he is working on that. Speakers for music did not work, owner send someone to fix that issue. There were 6 table lamps that didn’t turn on, owner came to change light bulbs. My granddaughter of 10 found a dead cockroach in the Princess Room when we arrived, she refused to sleep in that room. The house is large and beautiful but we had a hard time getting things to work. I really think owner should be on top of maintenance and fixing things. He should leave better instructions of how to operate the Music and Hot Tub.

Thank you for staying with us. We appreciate your business. When I arrived at house, 2 stove knobs were broken beyond repair. I tried showing the guest how to prevent gas leak when operating stove, but I provided temporary electric stove instead upon guest’s request. We replaced gas stove 11/26/17. We do have instructions on how to operate pool heater. When I arrived to check system, hot tub was already heated at 102 degrees (guest confirmed temperature). Speakers are operational and detailed instructions are printed inside a picture frame next to receiver. Maintenance staff showed guest’s son how to operate volume button. Air hockey table replaced 11/28/17. Guest did not alert us to pest issue during stay (this review is the first we heard of it), but we did provide her family free housekeeping twice. We do have monthly pest service, and they come out any time free of charge if pests are reported. Guest complained about wear and tear on living room rug, and we replaced with $1400 rug within hours. We are sorry we didn’t meet your standards as the previous guest checked out the day you checked in, and we didn’t have time to replace stove knobs and air hockey table. If you give us another opportunity, we will try harder next time to provide your family a better experience. Kind regards, David Tung
