Thanks for your stay with us, and had enjoyed the complimentary upgrade to the 2 bedrooms grand suite free of charge. Please accept our sympathy for your loss. Me and you turned the kitchen water tape on and we got very hot water in less than 4 minutes, since your unit is on central boiler on-demand new system, installed on 2019. as well as the new central heating system using the new white thermostat. Thanks for sharing your concerns. we started to remove the old thermostats to avoid any future confusions, and make sure our guests will have the most comfortable warm stay same as you had on the second night. and yes, few drops of the cleaning supply has been dropped accidently causing the carpet to be stained, which we will replace it. We wish you to have a great day.

Hi there, thanks for your note, everything has been maintained, and we received the new air conditioners. our local internet service provider has fixed the TV and wifi. We have replaced the coffee maker. your suite is ready for your next visit.
