La cabaña a orillas del lago Wylie

Siéntese, relájese y disfrute de esta acogedora cabaña frente al mar rodeada de ventanas y hermosas vistas del lago Wylie. Es el lugar perfecto para unas vacaciones familiares o una escapada. 3 dormitorios, 3 baños y mucho espacio para relajarse, esta cabaña lo tiene todo.

La gran sala, comedor, cocina y 2 de las tres habitaciones le brindan la vista perfecta del lago.

La pintoresca cabaña se encuentra frente al lago en el canal al comienzo de una cala tranquila. Los árboles altos y maduros brindan sombra y privacidad. El largo camino de entrada permite un amplio estacionamiento en frente y a lo largo del área boscosa (preferimos que no se estacione en la carretera).

Los buenos tiempos esperan desde el muelle con la escalera de baño y flotadores. Alquile un bote y explore la costa, o traiga cañas de pescar para divertirse y relajarse a la antigua. O simplemente relájate y disfruta de la vida salvaje y la serenidad de una de las dos áreas al aire libre, con cómodas sillas, terraza y muelle. Wifi e internet siempre

La casa de lujo cuenta con 3 dormitorios y 3 baños junto con un sofá cama para que pueda acomodar fácilmente de 10 a 12 huéspedes.

El nivel principal tiene tres dormitorios y 3 baños:
(1) Dormitorio principal con cama King y excelente vista al lago.
(2) El dormitorio 2 tiene una cama Queen y una excelente vista al lago
(3) El dormitorio 3 tiene dos juegos de literas.

Cada habitación tiene una mesita de noche con lámpara (s), tocador y un lugar para colgar la ropa. Se proporcionan toallas de baño, playa y cocina. Un cuarto de lavado.

UBICACIÓN Mientras esté aquí, se sentirá como si estuviera en el campo, pero la realidad es que está a solo 11 minutos de tiendas y restaurantes, a 27 minutos del aeropuerto ya solo 34 minutos del centro de Charlotte. Encontrará este lugar perfecto para visitar el Jardín Botánico Daniel Stowe (4 minutos), Carowinds (38 minutos), el Centro Nacional de Aguas Blancas de EE. UU. (34 minutos) o nuestra encantadora pequeña ciudad de Belmont (11 minutos). Se puede acceder fácilmente a todo en la Gran Región de Charlotte, pero es posible que nunca desee abandonar nuestro pequeño pedazo de paraíso.

Esta casa está ubicada en una comunidad tranquila y muy unida. Por respeto a nuestros vecinos, no permitimos fiestas u otras actividades relacionadas con la fiesta. Por seguridad y cortesía, no se permite estacionar en la calle.

Lake Oasis
It’s so peaceful and beautiful here. We wanted to experience the lake life on Lake Wylie and still be close enough to explore the town of Belmont. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the kayaks and fishing right off the dock. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay at this gem.

Summer stay at The Cottage
The house is very conveniently located on a nice, quiet cove. New section of the dock was perfect and provided easy access to the water. A lot of thoughtful amenities included. Kitchen had most of the needed utensils and tools, but the oven did not work and the cookware was not in great shape. Master shower has a significant leak onto the floor and we found a mouse in the kitchen. The location was ideal and with some updates and improvements, a nice place to stay.

Long weekend family wedding
My in-laws, husband, 2 kids, and I stayed at this lake house and had a wonderful time! Though we didn’t cook as many meals as we usually do, the kitchen was stocked with anything we could have needed to cook family meals. The master bath and bunk room have attached bathrooms, one of which has full size laundry. There was another bathroom off the living area that had a tub/shower and all bathrooms included hair dryers and showers stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash (so nice not to have to pack it!). The dock was great and there were lake views from most rooms in the house. When we come back to visit family, we would definitely book this house again!

Family Vacation
Everything about this house is perfect. The indoor and outdoor amenities are fantastic and pristine. We had adult kids ranging from 17-24 with us, and everyone was content. The paddle boards, kayaks, and dock were great, as well as the deck and yard area. We rented a pontoon through the property manager, which was fantastic. The section of lake is quiet for kayaking, but also close enough to a large area that we used the boat for tubing. Comfortable beds, kitchen is bigger than the pictures look, beautiful clean bathrooms, and great communication from Adam. We will rent this again!

Perfect lake house
My family of 3 absolutely loved this lake house. It's on a little inlet of the lake and was very pretty and peaceful there. We really enjoyed kayaking and sitting out on the dock. Loved nearby downtown Belmont and it was an easy drive to the US Whitewater Center which we came to the area to check out. The house was very clean, open, airy and I loved all the windows facing the water. So relaxing to sit on the couch and read. We definitely hope to stay in the future! 10 out of 10!

Great weekend
Second year we have stayed at this property. 6 adults and 2 children. Very nice open spaces. 3 full bathrooms come in handy. Fully equipped kitchen with many necessities provided. Plenty of room to move around and enjoy the scenery. Good location with restaurants and groceries etc.

Perfect Lake House near Charlotte!
We have a great stay in this home. I rented our beach house on VRBO for 15 years and I learned a thing or two from our hosts. They prepared the house so perfectly for guests. The home is as beautiful as pictured and the yard, deck, and dock provided plenty of space for relaxing outdoors. If we are back in the area, we will book this same house again!

What a great set-up right on the lake! House was stocked with more than we could've asked for and it felt like we were secluded with our own little slice of paradise. Adam or his assistant Kai were very helpful and responsive for all questions. Couldn't recommend this location more highly!

Beautiful lakeside retreat
A pleasurable stay at this beautifully decorated and appointed lakefront home. So many thoughtful extras (coffee, wine, sweet treat, shampoo, conditioner, games, etc) Plenty of indoor and outdoor space for our group of 7 adults. Kayaks and outdoor firepit were both enjoyed. Very convenient to daniel stowe gardens where we attended a wedding. highly recommend!

Immaculate lake home
2 couples visiting the area for my sons wedding at the daniel Stowe botanical gardens. The home was bright, clean, well decorated and well equipped. The beds were comfortable., and we had plenty of linens, towels and pillows. We had a lovely stay and would strongly recommend this home. Adam was helpful with any questions and responded quickly.

The perfect Cottage
We all had a great time. The space was excellent, the kitchen wonderfully equipped. It was comfortable and decorated so nicely. Plenty of towels and other essentials. Internet and tv worked very well. Deck area was well maintained and very enjoyable. One of my granddaughters uses a wheelchair and it was very accessible which was a bonus for us.

Great House !
Adorable home right on the lake. Had a great time here with some of my girlfriends as a girls weekend. House is very clean and beautifully decorated. Even though square footage may sound on the small side the house utilizes every bit of space perfectly and feels much larger than you would think. Will definitely rent again.
