The home was in poor condition with clogged air filters, failed HVAC, dirty carpets and screen porch with pollen and spider/cobwebs as if it had not Been cleaned in weeks. The communication with Red Awning for resolution was frustrating and was unresolved with 2 of our party moving to alternate lodging.Red Awning continues to put off any discussion of compensation. This is inconsistent with VRBO’s reputation.
