We chose this hotel for the location and price to stay one night as we continued our trip. The room was clean and comfortable but, being so close to a large road, there was a lot of outside noise. Check in/out was easy and the complimentary breakfast was decent but not great.

This was the worst hotel ive ever stayed at, in need of MAJOR repairs. Should be removed from expedia until its renovated

The Staff were very friendly. First night found some type of bug crawling around in the bathroom..looked like it was in the roach family. Got up in the middle of the night and there was another type of bug crawling up the wall by the sink and went behind the mirror. I must say the king size bed and the pillows were very comfortable. The hot breakfast that was included each day was below average to average. The saying you get what you pay for is very true in this case..$68 a night. Not worth anymore than that.

Good basic
Nice desk, check in quite clean. Older, worn tall sided creaky fiberglass tub, low old fashioned toilet. Would stay again but in a handicapped room

Room smelled like smoke Staff incredibly rude Checkin process took 30 minute and they tried to tell me I had only booked for one night even through I had all the confirmation for two nights. I cannot think of a worse experience but I guess you get what you pay for

Front desk clerk very professional and helpful
It was nice and the lady at front desk check me in that evening was so helpful and nice she would be the reason I stay there again if I ever need stay in Monroe North Carolina again

Staff was really nice. The bed was extremely comfortable. Room was nice and clean. Tropical smoothie and chipotle was in walking distance.

Well, what I didn’t like, they always had the gate locked to the pool. And I do like the staff there. The room cleaners were hard to understand cause of the broken English, or lack of English all together. They keep the rooms and outside clean and tidy. And I like the location with the choices or restaurants, and the shopping center right across the highway. I’ll stay again. Just hoping next summer the pool isn’t locked all day long

This is like a motel and not a hotel. People sitting in their car basically in front of your door smoking. Very very low class and all night we were worried some one might break in to our room. Not a safe area at all.

Staff was friendly, check in process was simple. Our room was clean but definitely needs some updates. The showerhead barely moved and would leak from the connection point and spray all over the bathroom. Toilet had little to no water pressure. The pool was supposed to be open from 9a-10p. Each time we went to check, the gate was keylocked. Was a decrnt stay for what we needed though
