Como lo mejor en la zona
Un buen hotel pero supuestamente tenía incluido desayuno bufet y al momento de bajar a desayunar no había ninguna comida preparada para poder desayunar, lo único que nos ofrecieron fue un menú para escoger un solo platillo dentro del menú un refresco y listo sin derecho a consumir más de una cosa

Good one for the price. Nothing spectacular.
One of the best things of the Hotel is that if you dont have a car, a bus stop of line 7 is just right in front the yard of the Hotel and it can take you in 20 minutes or so to dowtown and University area. A not so good thing is that the restaurant closes very early so you can not have room service after 9 pm aprox. The front desk is nice and helpful.

This was fine for the price - I did not want to spend lots of a few nights in town - simply wanted clean, safe, and for me quiet is important. The staff accommodated my request to move my room from one facing the highway to one facing the woods in the back. 29 can get loud! Exactly what I expected for the price. Breakfast is not included unlike most Holiday Inns I have stayed in so make sure you buy it in advance or make plans to get breakfast elsewhere.

Thank you Kristian for your stay and that you had a great time.Just wanted to let you know for your future travels Holiday Inn breakfast you do have to pay for it. As a Holiday Inn Brand, you do get the service with it. No paper plates and forks at the Holiday Inn. However, if you do want continental breakfast Holiday Inn Express does offer it without no charge.Thank you, have a wonderful summer and please come back and see us again.

The desk employees and housekeepers were super sweet and welcoming, the room was as clean as expected (10/10), the ac unit worked great so this will definitely be the place I book when coming to Charlottesville again!! Thanks so much :)

Easy to park and check in however with check in staff were unsure about pet fees and never really checked us into the hotel until we were back from the event that brought us to the area, a second staff member stopped us and readdressed the fact that we had pets and if we were aware that additional fees would apply and asked for a credit card to be put on file. Overall, a messy check in process.

Weird dynamics with house keeping. House keeping did not clean after our first night. Early evening when we asked the front desk, they (completely unfazed) indicated that house keeping was winding down and that should have gotten done earlier(it did not). On our third day, they did a lackluster job with one of the beds and did not make our other queen bed.

We enjoyed the hotel and breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. We were hesitant at first about it being pet friendly, but just booked a higher level floor. No trace of pets there.

Comfortable and clean rooms. The third floor smelled similar to a nursing home when I got off elevators. Not sure what that was about. Had trainees checking in which proved slow and unsure of which keys to push on their computer.

did not like having a barking dog about the time i was going to lay my head down to sleep. but never heard another bark till 6:45 a.m. the next morning in which i was no ready to be woken.
